Victor otero was very helpful in me finding the right car I wanted. I came in not thinking of buying a car,but he knew just what I wanted. I pondered if the price of the car would have been too high but he got me the perfect price. His services where very helpful and he was very polite. I was surprised when he told me he wasn't the owner of the establishment for the amount he knew. I will be recommending him and your establishment to my friends when they are looking for a car.

Love my experience here! It was my first time getting a car on my own and Edna was so friendly and patient with me. Tim and Doug were helpful with the budget I was going for and we were able to get the car I wanted for a price I could afford. Owning my own car has always been a dream of mine and I’m so glad I came to Penn Auto to finally make that dream happen.

Bought a van here for a very good price. Worked with Jake, Tim, and Sal. All were very professional. There was some confusion about a add on plan that I was not interested in, and they quickly and courteously redid all the paperwork to accommodate me. I saw the van before they were finished servicing it. It had a previous repair from an accident- which I was fully aware of- and when I spotted a flaw in the last people's repair work, they happily had it corrected for no charge, or increase in price, by the time I came back to pick it up. I am very happy with my purchase, and the experience I had.

Simone was extremely helpful and diligent finding the right car for us. 2007 Honda Accord EX in excellent condition at a fantastic price. Other dealers and private car sellers couldn't even come close. I also felt confident buying from Penn Auto Group. They inspected the car, provided the report, and detailed it before presenting it to me. Very professional. Their loyalty program is another big reason I bought from them. I went to a bunch of places before I landed at Penn Auto. I was skeptical at first having been to all of the Auto Mile and all along 33. The car that I really wanted had been sold and I didn't think I would get as good of a deal as the one I had. I met Saynmoh Barwon and she knew exactly what I wanted. It was awesome because it usually took most places at least half an hour of explaining that I didn't want a car over my budget before they showed me one. Sadly, after taxes, tags, and a warranty it did slightly go over. I wanted a great warranty and that's why I was looking at those other dealerships. With the help of Miguel and Sergey I got a warranty that was even better than I expected for a fantastic price that I was happy with. I'm super glad that I met Saynmoh. She really saved the day with her upbeat attitude and eagerness to please that made buying a car actually a pleasure. If you come here I recommend going to her or Miguel, if you speak Spanish, but definitely try her first. You won't be disappointed. Sergey is rough around the edges but he will get you the best deal on the best warranty around.

Purchased a passenger van from them today and worked with Jake. He was friendly and helpful and the price I paid was very fair! They worked with me to get me out the door with the keys the same day, and they negotiated a lower payment plan for me. I would definitely recommend them!

Great experience! The dealership jumped through hoops to get me the car I wanted within the budget I had set. I didn't have a single pushy sales rep nor anyone hovering over my shoulder. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. Saynmoh gave me the keys I wanted and let me do my own thing, but was always there if I had any questions. I will definitely return to PAG for my next vehicle.

I scheduled an appointment to look at a Chevy impala but when I got there it was sold. One of the sales reps Tim was very helpful in trying to find me another vehicle. I asked about the Jettas he had with no hassle at all he was ready to get me going. By no fault of his I was unable to purchase it. Though I will say when they say they'll work with you and your budget they will pull EVERY string to help get you the car you wan . My budget was 250/mo prices ranged from 275 to around 320 because of the banks but they went to bat for me and got me all the way down to 257.25/mo. Sure it wasn't what I wanted but it was the closest they could get it and if I had more for a downpayment it probably would've come out to less than what I was expecting to pay. Regarless if you're in the market for a reliable and good looking used car Penn Auto Group should be the first place you check out. They aren't like other car dealers because they have your back when it comes to getting the most bang for your buck!
