We were in town for a Rugby tournament and have been a long time fan of their beer so we took advantage of how close our hotel was to check out their taphouse/restaurant.

The building has a presence but is extremely inviting but parking was a challenge. Ultimately we ended up with a spot in their lot but it took some time/patience.

That minor nit aside, upon entering the restaurant we were warmly and quickly greeted. It was a Friday night during the NCAA tournament so it was predicably busy so it took a moment to get seated. We may have waited a few minutes at most before we were taken to a table.

The ambiance/atmosphere definitely leans into it's Lancaster heritage ... warm, comfortable, and rustic. But that's an aside.

After being seated we were greeted by our server almost immediately. He brought us water and showed us the specials. From that point forward our dinner just flowed. Orders taken, our appetizer served (corn dog fried shrimp) amazingly fast followed very quickly by our burgers, my wife got the LBC Cheeseburger with mushrooms and Swiss and I got the LBC and subbed out the meat for a black bean burger and added a cup of white chili).

I can't overstate how fresh, fast and flavorful everything was. Overall, between the food and the beer it was outstanding.

Very cool building, old tobacco factory. The staff were amazing, the hostess and waiter supper friendly like part of the family. The food was top notch, will be back again. Planning an event and they offer a cool party room.

My wife and I ate here over the weekend. It was our first time, but we would love to come back. The food was really wonderful. The effort given throughout the meal preparation is fantastic. The quality of meats, baked goods, and side dishes was out of this world. I was especially happy and surprised by the quality of coffee. Absolutely wonderful and from a local coffee supplier. The staff was well trained and attentive. The dining area was very clean. There was another guest at a nearby table that seemed to have numerous health concerns and I saw a server being very attentive and helpful to them. My only negative is that the parking lot is pretty tight. Keep up the good work LBC!

Wow! I loved my chocolate milk stout based peanut butter bourbon cocktail, and the seafood pizza was fantastic! Great friendly servers and lots of great beer choices.

The food and beers were great! Had a nice selection of cocktails as well. We had the wings and truffle fries which were really good. Servers were really friendly.

Emma was our phenomenal server! She was one of the best servers we have had anywhere! We had a great time! Our group had the pear salad one with chicken, one with crab cake, beet salad with shrimp, and Asian chicken sandwich...all were delicious. Our beer choices were outstanding as well. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! Parking can be tricky, but worth finding a street spot!

A great place to be. Wonderful atmosphere, the seating and views are definitely worth the visit. Food, drinks, and dessert are so good! Our waiter hunter was on point with drinks and food delivery.
See pics for reference. I will definitely return.

We had amazing experience here! Joanna, our waitress was funny, kind and so attentive! This would have made our meal… BUT, the food here was exceptional. My husband and I came at the suggestion of an inn keeper as we were in town for a show. I sheepishly told her that we don’t drink beer, only wine. So… we order a lamb burger and a fish & chips sandwich with…wine! And what a meal it was!!!! This place could teach the Jersey Shore a few things about a phenomenal culinary experience at a brewery! Look, there are many great places to eat in Lancaster. However, this experience was truly memorable. Thanks for an amazing lunch, you made our afternoon before went to the show. Definitely going back. Keep up the great work!

Food and beer was delicious! We had a group of 9 and they sat us right away. Service was friendly and fast. Our one burger took longer than expected so they comped that and a beer for the wait. Thank you!

Delicious food, great service, great atmosphere! They even have outdoor seating. I don’t like beer, but I tried a shandy and it was delicious! Parking is limited in the parking lot, but there is street parking available as well.

Managers Kylie and Nick worked with us to secure the Walnut Room for a surprise birthday party. We brought a few balloons to liven in up, but the room itself was fantastic. Historic brick walls and copper tables provided the perfect ambiance. The service we received was phenomenal. Despite the rest of the restaurant being packed, our servers were attentive and friendly. They happily split our check three ways which was important to us. Great food, amazing staff and cozy atmosphere. Well done, LBC!!! We’ll be back!

My husband and I and 2 friends went for lunch. Ordered the pretzel with beer cheese for appetizer. Main orders:
* Hawaii 5-0: flat bread pizza w Ham Bacon and pineapple.
* Chicken and spicy mango sauce sandwich with chips.
* Pulled pork sandwich with chips.
* Burger -meister: ground kielbasa with caramelized onions, cheese on a pretzel bun with fries.
I had a double chocolate stoudt beer and my husband had a hophog beer.
Service was great.
Restaurant is in an old tobacco factory.

Best brewery experience in Lancaster County in my opinion. Starting with the beer, there is always a ton of variety with 20 beers on tap. The lines are super clean so you won’t ever get that dirty beer taste. They also have a lot more options in their fridge. The food is also incredible. They have blue crab artichoke dip, which I have never seen before. The combination is just the perfect blend and it’s served with little pretzel pieces. My pizza was pretty unique as well with Italian sausage, kalamata olives and potatoes. Could’ve been a little more cheesy but the ingredients were good. The pretzel covered chicken (can you tell I like pretzels) is crispy and provides that salty flavor. It’s also served with mashed potatoes, glazed carrots and a mustard sauce.

Love that there was more than one stout on the tasting menu! The meatloaf was soft and delicious. And the carrots had the right texture between soft and firm. (Really dislike it when its mushy) The salad had a pleasing fresh crunch, and chicken and dressing were wonderful.

Stopped here for a delicious lunch while viewing covered bridges. Everything here is delicious and the prices are moderate. We didn't have to wait long for a table. The roasted pilsner was tasty. The wings are fantastic. My meatloaf plate was spectacular. I regret filling up and not having room for dessert.

We really liked this place. They don't take reservations, but we still decided to go on a Saturday night. We waited a bit, but that was to be expected. Parking was tight in the lot, but we found a spot on the street not too far away. Let me say they have plenty of beer to choose from. I'm not a beer drinker, but I saw one called Strawberry Wheat that was an award winner and tasted amazing. I'll be back for that beer when I go there again. Nice place to just chill and hang out. They have plenty of seating. Their Teriyaki Cauliflower is an amazing dish. I'll be getting that again the next time I go. They forgot my husband's pretzel. He shared my Cauliflower with me and he agreed about how amazing it was. He said they have the best burger he's had since moving to PA. Except when he grills his own, he hasn't had a decent burger until tonight. I had the chopped salad with a beautifully perfectly cooked piece of salmon. Job well done. People are friendly. Staff is great.

Pretty nice spot with reasonably priced food. Definitely a bar atmosphere inside, but I'd say the food was better than a lot of similar places. The staff were friendly and the service was decently quick for how busy it was. The only negative is how small the parking lot is, but that's to be expected at a place downtown.

Excellent beer and food. Good atmosphere. Had white chili and a Boss Hog pizza. The milk stout was excellent. Staff was great sans the person who seated us. She seemed to act as though we were bothering her. The wait staff was really nice and helpful. The cashier was awesome and we ended up buying some glasses a couple shirts and a case of beer from her. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing service while I was here. The waiter knew not just the food menu but the drinks as well as any bartender. He was honest about food items and knew the sourcing of all the local ingredients.

The beer was pretty awesome too with a wonderful assortment in which all of them shined in their own way. Nice to taste the stuff they don't sell in stores.

The food was tasty, with the bacon cheese fries being some of the best I've ever had. Will definitely return next time I find myself in Lancaster!
