Valero

This place turned into Valero after it was sold off by a good corner side gas station called Getty. After this place turned into Valero it already started to decline in building health and marketability. If I recall correctly, they didn't even have this place open for more than a year after they bought it, and it has been closed since. It is just wasting away here, and the owners refuse to sell it, I guess. There are so many other companies that would be so nice to have here, another nice little corner store gas station, maybe a fast food place, but no, none of that. Just a rotting building that is wasting space. At this point they should just tear the whole building down and plant grass. At least make that property look nice instead of an old building that is just wasting away. There are 0 reasons for this building to even be up at this point and it ruined the nice corner store gas station that Getty used to have a reputation for. Now it's just a heaping pile of wasted potential.
