Honorable Michael J Faulkner

This is honestly the first time I ever felt I received justice from a Judge. Judge Faulkner was everything a Judge should be. He listened to both sides, he was friendly and welcoming, and he explained his thoughts and the next steps I could take.

Even though the ruling was in my favor, I believe I would have felt heard/understood/listened to either way. And that says a lot about the man and how he handles his courtroom.

My experiences with Judge Faulkner have been great. He's fair, and explains his decisions. The comments here are ridiculous. "He pointed at me and said I've seen you before." And? Mayb you should quit suing everyone over dumb things. Or "he was late to my zoom." Boo-hoo. Where in the country does court ever start on time? You didn't even have to go in!!! Lastly, my favorite, "the hours are horrible." Your right let's change all court hours to accommodate you and other criminals. Judges and attorneys work normal hours like most people. A bunch of whining thinking your entitled people on here. Judge Faulkner I support you, even tho you took my license once

I had a Speeding Ticket which should have gotten my License Suspended and Points! However, this Judge is a very understanding Man. He gave me a chance cause I never had a speeding ticket before. Thank you Judge Faulkner.

This judge is very down to earth and reasonable to work with. He has a good sense on deciphering the truth in the court room.

Excellence

I had a few non criminal encounters with the judge and one being about my dog from a neighbor that took me to court 4 times over ridiculous things and she lost so she's getting even worse. When going back to court over an issue with a local mechanic, he pointed at me and said I've seen you hear many times before. That was totally irrelevant and unprofessional how he pointed at me. So basically I am a marked women for going to court for my dog and a mechanic issue. In addition, the staff is very unfriendly.

This judge shouldn’t even be a judge he doesn’t do things right at all. When I had court on zoom he was like 15 mins late without letting me know and didn’t even allow me to speak. I’m in debt because of him there needs to be a protest to get this guy out and his staff are very unprofessional they don’t need to be having attitude on the phone we are humans have some decency and respect!

Their hours of operation are retarded, we have to work too so that we can pay you for our mistakes. When you call them they have the snobby I'm better than you bitchy attitude.

No one even picks up the phone at any magistrates office. It just rings and rings and rings and rings and rings and rings and rings and rings. But it says directly on the paperwork, call if you need assistance

I am sure judge Michael is good judge but the Lady who takes call for the judge is very rude and unhelpful employee.
