I can't thank Barry, Mr. Ebersole, and the sales team enough for the amazing job that they did. We'd been looking for a newer vehicle for months and had settled on an 'okay' vehicle. But after one road trip realized that the vehicle wasn't big enough for our family. So the search started all over again. We found the perfect car on their lot. The one I had been looking for in the first place and at a great price. But it had an issue with the sun roof that the service manager didn't want to tackle. But the sales manager talked to the big boss and they fixed it! It's not often that a big company puts their customers first but they did!!! This is the second vehicle that we've purchased from them and will definitely be back!

I had spent a couple long weeks searching various local and private sellers in my area for the right vehicle for me , but once I inquired about a 2003 Honda Civic EX I was interested in, Mr. Shirk made the process of getting me behind the wheel of a new car fast and easy! From the moment I walked into Ebersole I felt better buying from them. The atmosphere as well as the staff are much more calm and professional than what I had seen from other sellers. Jon is a nice, honest down-to-earth guy, not your typical pushy car salesman like one might think when walking into a dealership. He walked us through the entire process without any hiccups. From the moment I walked in the door he must've recognized my voice, as he called me by name before I said what I was there for.

Recently purchased a 2014 Honda Pilot, traded my 2007 Pilot. I wanted a car with no more than 2 owners, no accidents and in my price range. I reviewed a number of Pilots on auto trader, car guru, and several more. There wasn't a picture of the Pilot but detailed description of all the features. I inquired on the Ebersole Brothers website that I was interested in the car. Dan Snyder called me promptly. He made arrangements for me to see and test drive the car. He had it washed and cleaned when I got there. I was very pleased. I gave a deposit. When I went to pick up the car it was washed, polished, detailed and very clean. I signed all the paperwork while my grandkids checked everything out, they were so excited. Dan was patient with them and off we went. The location in Lebanon PA is nice.

My new used Jetta had a slight noise going over bumps during the test drive. Told my salesperson, Moises when I got back to the dealership. They had it fixed in a few days and the car and paperwork were ready to go when I arrived to pick it up. Moises was great to work with and on top of things. Quick and easy process.
