Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Jonestown Lebanon Valley

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. It was so nice to stay in a place where you could tell that they cared. The room was spotless, smelled clean, and had practical furniture. I liked that the footstool and desk had wheels. The service was great everyone was friendly and helpful. My sons enjoyed the indoor pool immensely. Also, it was really quite affordable.

Nice location by the highway off ramps. Staff very nice and helpful.

Huge shout-out to Connie. She is a superwoman at the breakfast buffet. Everyone should have such a dedicated employee like her! Hopefully they have her well compensated!

So happy to have wound up here by accident because the Mariott reservation line did not know where their properties are. This was an outstanding place to stay. Quite new and very nice. Wonderful staff. Excellent breakfast bar.

A very clean hotel just off the East side of I-83. Nothing fancy, just a clean room and complimentary breakfast for a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and attentive

I've come here twice for work and both times, the staff here was absolutely wonderful. It's a good distance from Fort Indiantown Gap if you need a place to stay.

Very nice hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Could have been a little larger for a King Suite, but we made do. Bathroom large and well ventilated without making it cold and drafty. The free breakfast was decent.

We had a wonderful stay while stopping to resupply while hiking the Appalachian Trail. The room was very clean and the bed was wonderfully comfortable! The complimentary breakfast is by far the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel! The person restocking at breakfast was very attentive and made sure everything was well stocked. Highly recommend staying if you find yourself in the area or are hiking the AT. They gave us a great rate for being hikers as well!

Rooms are well furnished, and very clean. Employees are pleasant, courteous, and helpful. Great location right off the highway. Pretty good breakfast included as well.

I wish my stay was longer. The staff takes pride in maintaining the hotel. I've stayed at some places with moldy/musty odors, disgusting bathrooms, etc. This place is CLEAN and comfortable! It is definitely worth what we are spending to stay hear. The staff are very friendly as well. I am so glad we booked this hotel. The AC actually works. The curtains blockout the light from the surrounding area for those of us that like pitch dark environments for sleeping.

Rooms are good but the beds are hard. Pillow options are great. Easy access to highway, gas, and food.

Great hotel! The rooms are large and clean. The staff is nice. The location is so convenient as it is right off the highway and there is 2 or 3 gas stations with large markets, as well as 2 or 3 drive thrus on the street. The parking lot is a little tight for the hotel, but a great stay is always waiting for you at this location.

Very friendly checking. Breakfast bar was ok nothing to write home about. Room was great, pillows to hard.Bathroom was great, I had a roll in shower which was the best shower I have had the 16th of Dec. First handy cap shower , will try to get one from here on in.

I stay in a lot of hotels for work, and I don't always write reviews. However, this Fairfield Inn was so good, I really should. This hotel is clean (the shower was unbelievable!), and the staff is just terrific. They went well beyond what I'd expect - my group had a special circumstance that they accommodated with no problem (can't go into specifics, otherwise everyone would be asking for it). My group is going back to the area soon, and I'm going to insist on this place.

My only complaint about my stay is that someone smoked grass on the second floor for like three days straight. I wouldn't care, but I could smell it in my room. Granted, this is not the fault of this awesome hotel, but if you're staying in a hotel in rural PA, I suppose you have to be prepared to smell a little reefer. Just so you're aware, fellow traveler.

But also, we could walk to the KOA for cheap beer, wings and fishing stuff. They also had some fudge for sale, but it didn't look like it went well with Miller High Life.

But back to the hotel: it was awesome. Highly recommended!

The hotel was super clean and looked brand new, but the staff was the most exceptional part. I was traveling through town and broke down at night. I was scared and in an unfamiliar town. The man working the front desk was so sweet and calm. His demeanor made me calmer too. I wasn’t able to thank him properly in the morning since he had already left for the day, but he truly made this horrible experience so much better. Thank you Sir - whoever you are!

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The shower was excellent. The front desk clerk was informative about places to eat for local fare. Only draw back I experienced, my room was by the elevator, making it a little noisy. Otherwise, a very nice establishment!

Not only were they very friendly and helpful, the room was great, and we enjoyed our stay.

My girlfriend had a medical emergency right after I had left for work, she said all of the staff was there to help, had called for help, and was very concerned and sincere. They even called her in our room to check on her later that day, and when we returned from dinner, they had prepared a bag of goodies for her, along with a hand written note expressing their concern for her and hoping that she got well.

In my eyes, they definitely went well above and beyond, and showed what a genuinely caring staff they have.

We stayed here during our trip to Lancaster over the holidays. Very good hotel for the price. Comfortable beds, quiet at night, and a good and varied continental breakfast.
