Hands down the best service I have ever received from a bike shop. Not only is the owner very straight forward and honest, he is also reasonable and willing to help. Highly recommend!

Mike and Shane were fantastic! We bought a preowned bike yesterday afternoon on Craigslist for our nephew to use on our social-distancing family vaka in the Poconos. Shane (who was finishing his day) agreed to stay and make it happen! He and Mike got us in and out with a safety inspection, new brake cables and appropriate adjustments. This is a real-deal shop for bicyclist of all levels. During our short wait, we had the opportunity to observe serious cyclists. Our nephew not only had his bike worked on by experts, but was also exposed to how "cool" it is to cycle. We all felt Mike and Shane's goal of getting our nephew riding and enjoying the breeze and views from the seat of his bike. Big Thanks!

He demonstrates a sincere interest in not only getting the job done, but making his customers welcomed, comfortable and satisfied with his service.

He explained everything he was doing as well as educating me on how to troubleshoot problems and address maintenance issues on my bike.

It reminded me of back-in-the-day, hanging out at neighborhood mechanics garage socializing while he's fixing my car.

I will be back for many more lessons, and hopefully a lot more meaningful conversation.

Fantastic experience!! My bike was worked on immediately. I expected to pay for a tune up thinking that was needed but his honesty showed and he found and fixed the issue at a fraction of the cost. The 2nd bike was also able to be fixed quickly and he saved me money by fixing the bent piece!!!!!! Take your bike in save time and money!!!

I purchased my bike at DICK’S (before knowing about Crown Bicycles) had break issues where they constantly would rub. Kept taking it back to DICK’S, who said it’s fixed and it wasn’t, then was told I had to wait 2 to 3 more weeks to not have it fixed again. Took the bike to Trek, they told me it was a warranty issue and could not be fixed. I heard of Crown thru a friend, took it there and Mike fixed the bike in about 20 minutes. Anytime I need anything fixed, I take it to Crown, will not take my bike anywhere else. If you want honesty, friendship, and nice people to work with, go to Crown Bicycles.

I’m new to Whitehall area. Asked a local FB group for a recommendation on a bike shop in the area. Many recommend Crown. So, I chose Crown to work on my 3 Trek bikes. WOW, what quick awesome service, terrific communication & excellent pricing. They even picked up & dropped off my bikes. I highly recommend Crown & will continue to use them in the future.

I just got home from my first visit to Crown Bicycles. Mike was very attentive to my request to replace my front tire with a more smoother lower pressure tire He showed me the various choices I had and he recommended the perfect solution and the tire was not the most expensive one that some shops I previously was using would try to sell me. Also, no upselling, another practice that many bike shops routinely do. He also adjusted my seat and my front brakes and my shock absorbing seat post at no charge !
Looks like I found a new source to take care of my bicycling needs. I will definitely spread the word to my senior biking associates.

First time visiting this bike shop. If you want great customer service and a expert mechanic, look no further. I had a small problem with shifting gears. The mechanic was in the middle of a repair but still took the time to fix my bike. He had adjusted the derailleur,fixed the hanger and tightened my pedals. Prices are VERY reasonable. A great experience and I will be going back for my future bike service.

I stopped in to have my wheel balanced. I am a new customer and wasn't sure what expect. I was greeted and assisted immediately. Unfortunately I did not get the gentleman's name that assisted me. He not only balanced my wheel but he cleaned my gear and instructed me on how to service and care for the the gears myself. All was free of charge. This is the kind of service you don't see often anymore. It was much appreciated. I will definitely be back to have my bike serviced and for all my future biking needs. I would highly recommend this business .

I began road cycling 1 year and 2 days from the date of writing, when they sold me my first road bike. Back then, I didn't have the physique of a cyclists but was eager to learn, to grow, and put miles into the pavement. When I purchased my first real bike, I didn't just buy a bike, but a ticket into a community full of support, shared goals and love for everything bikes. Since opening, Crown Bicycles has provided expert guidance, recommendations, repair after repair and I cherish their witty banter while relaxing in their shop pre/post or sometimes during rides. The encouragement and support that Crown provides has helped me inch closer to my fitness goals.

I was more than excited to see that the three guys were going to set up shop in Whitehall, after closing out a large nationwide retailer. The shop is well laid out and has a lot to offer - clothes, nutrition, new and used inventory, accessories and components, full repair shop and coffee <3. The staff is always willing to discuss anything biking related and has accommodated every request I've had.

The shop also hosts several group rides of varying degrees of difficulty and format (trail, road, mountain biking) throughout the week at convenient times. The rides are good spirited and provide an excellent opportunity to experience growth and share time with likeminded friends.

I cannot recommend Crown Bicycles enough. For me, they have been essential to my life's transformation.

Best shop in the game! These guys are the best! Great attitude and they work with you, they're avid riders themselves so they got love the sport. I got a phenomenal deal on some work they did on my bike. AND Mike has workshop classes on Fridays at 6pm to show you how-to's on bikes.

Mike is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He has a nice variety of new and used bikes for sale. I bought a sweet Trek from him that rides like it just came from the manufacturer.
He also has a lot of gear available for sale, more than most shops I've walked into considering the pandemic.
His prices are very reasonable and definitely more interested in getting you the right bike then selling something you don't need.
Very nice to know a bike shop that knows a lot about triathlon and cycling.

Mike and Trout are the best! Crown Bicycles is a friendly professional shop. I stopped in when I noticed them about 2 years ago. I stop in every so often just to see what new items they get in. Also anytime my recumbent rail bicycle needs anything I take it there. Stop in and check them out!

I'm a simple rider, mostly D&L trail. Crammed for time being the chef at the gin mill in Northampton I heard about this via a bartender and her opinion wasn't short of the service I got. They picked up my bike and dropped it off. It's like a brand new bike. These guys rock I'm 100% happy. Next meal is on me guys thank you so much

Mike, the guy who was working on my bikes is a great guy, Great service for a low cost. His tire tube prices are lower than anything else i can find.

I needed an 18 inch tube and tire for my daughter's bike. None of the big box stores had any, not did any sporting goods stores. I found this place online, walked in and had the tire and tube and was out the door in under 5 minutes. Next time I need anything for my daughter's bike I know where I'm heading first. The prices are great also!

Mike is great!! Fixed up a bike for my 11 year old so he could join his scout troop and go on a ride this weekend! Knew I was on a tight budget and worked with me on what we can fix this time to get it rideable/ safe and what we can replace after his ride.
