If I could give this place a negative start rating to take away from their False "5" star rating I would. John is very unprofessional, incompetent and VERY unreliable. Over all, he does not know how to work with his customers that pay him.
As far as being lazy and RUDE, definitely get your money's worthy elsewhere.
