La Dolce Vita Italian Bakery

This place is fantastic! My hot chocolate was rich and creamy and not very sweet (a common complaint for me), my chocolate mousse tart was delicious and the atmosphere was great. I met a friend, we sat on the comfortable couch and really felt as close to being in a European cafe as I have in years. The place is small and the decor is simple, but the quality of the baked goods and the service are amazing! The Italian lady at the counter offered to turn off the TV and shared a lot of details about the baked goods. We even talked recipes! Definitely worth a trip if you want to bring home some excellent Italian baked goods.

Their pastries and cookies are fantastic. We have been going there the past 3 years for all of our family holiday desserts. Everything is fresh and tastes like it has come straight from Little Italy in NY.

They are so friendly and kind. As soon my kids walked into the store they were greeted with cookies. My husband liked the Sicilian expresso.Everything that we bought were delicious from cookies, pastries, and fresh baked bread. Our place to go for all family deserts.

The best lobster tails you will EVER have! I wish it wasn’t so far from my house, but that doesn’t stop me! lol. The staff is so friendly and they even gave my son a free cookie while we shopped!

Only bakery in area with Italian pastries like my great grandparents in Flushing served on holidays. The cakes are as good as the feeling my head and heart find eating them.

Omg I had a Lobster Tail Pastry from La Dolce Vita Bakery in Allentown and it was huge and soooo good. I will definitely order again from there.

This bakery has a wonderful selection of beautiful Italian treats! The cannolis are to die for! We also tried the espresso, cheesecake, and lemon cake which were all so delicious! I had the pleasure of meeting Pete, the owner, who is extremely kind, generous, and hard working. I will definitely be patronizing regularly! I encourage anyone to visit this bakery and give their cookies, cake, and breads a try. I promise you will love it!

Best pan au chocolat I have found in the LV, also happy to say there are multiple croissant flavors! Try the cappuccino, always a good idea. My husband and I have tried a variety of their desserts, and while I certainly have my preferences, I have not been disappointed there.

All my reviews about the food places I been, describe bad food because that is exact what they serve. I been in 4 start restaurants but my reviews describe them bad places to eat, and as override by others.
This small bakery is the complete opposite. We tried 8 pastries and all of them have my hands on good opinion. This place It’s by far the most tasteful bakery I ever been (in USA)

My order got lost and they went out of their way to fix it they are awesome people they also gave me a pond of cookies they have a customer for life. I highly recommend them. They are wonderful people

Truly addicted to their rainbow cookies and lobster tails. After one bite, it brought back so many memories from my childhood. This bakery is truly amazing. Absolutely the best Italian bakery in the state! Having grown up in New Jersey and having family in and around NYC, we had cakes and pasteries every holiday. Rispoli's, Carlo's, Termini's...all are great. Having La Dolce Vita in my own backyard is fabulous! We love everything and Pete and staff are always the best! You need to patronize La Dolce Vita!!
