Lebanon Gin Mill

What a really, really nice place!! We were at the Gem show at the Lebanon Expo Center, and googled places to eat - Lebanon Gin Mill popped up. Looked great and boy was it! We were greeted by a couple local guys who let us know you could walk any direction around the very large bar. There's definitely a comfortable, at-home vibe here, no matter where you're from. All the menu options are very well priced for what you get. The cocktails are delicious and also reasonably priced - great value for your dollar here. We sat at the bar close to the "stage" which is in the corner of the bar area. They have live music and Sundays are "Sunday Jams" from 2-5pm. Jessica Batz was the singer and she was great - lots of classic rock/folk songs. Jill was the bartender and she took expert care of us. She was very busy slinging drinks but still would stop by and talk with us and make us feel welcome. She was very proud of her tenure at the restaurant, and enjoyed her job. Her kindness to two strangers was refreshing. They have an awesome beer selection with some stuff you're not going to find just anywhere. I had an apricot sour that was delicious. We ordered the following food: 6 old bay wings, 6 "sweet fire" wings (their signature sauce), Burnt Ends (on top of a bed of blue-cheese coleslaw, just a hint), and the salmon platter - blackened on top of bacon and brussels sprouts with a honey-dijon sauce on the side. The wings and burnt ends were so good we forgot to take pictures; just of the salmon platter. Jill's cocktails were excellent - her lavender collins is so yummy. Also don't miss the smoked peach old-fashioned. All in all, we had an amazing time. This place flies under the radar, but shouldn't. It should be shouted from the rooftops.

My husband and I stopped in here for Father's Day 2023. We were greeted at the door and although we did not have reservations, we were seated quickly. We both started off with flights which were delicious. We got the Brussel spouts for an appetizer. My husband got the Dad bod burger with gin mill fries. I got the Kansas City chicken with gin mill fries. We were both very pleased with our meals. My husband got a slice of the strawberry pretzel cheesecake which was also delicious 😋

Great experience. Went for lunch. Everything we had was really good. Fried pickles, crab cake sandwich. Wife liked her burger, but she really enjoyed the sour beer list. The Mac and cheese was really good. Everything was a solid sized portion. Service was outstanding. If this was in our town we'd visit often. We'll still try to revisit it was that good. They have a huge bar if you want to catch a game or just chill. Beer list is really awesome as well. Great visit.

I have to say the calamari with Garlic was out of this world. The fried caprese was fantastic.
Then the crab blt was mouth watering delicious!
Such a cozy yet beachy type of vibe restaurant.
Very fresh and tasty all of the food we had today.
We will be back.

Found this spot after a work day - freaking amazing! Service - terrific! Menu Choices - surprisingly amazing! Crab Cakes were killer. Brisket was delicious. I'd drive far for this food.

We had a great experience from start to finish, The service was excellent and the food was really good, I would recommend this place. We shared a large Gin Mill FF, which was so much french fries and they were so good that we couldn't eat them all. My wife enjoyed the Asian Fish Tacos and I got the Sweetfire Burger, both were very tasty!

Needless to say, this restaurant serves as a bar and local eatery. The dishes my wife and I have ordered have been very good. My wife enjoys their salmon. I like their Sweet Fire salad with chicken.

Service is quick and the waitresses are friendly.

My husband had a steak quesadila, & I had boneless wings that were good. Service was a little slow even though it wasn't very busy. Atmosphere was very nice.

Food is fantastic to start. Staff is extremely polite and attentive. The facility is clean and welcoming. I am extremely impressed with the time from order to table. Less then 15 minutes. Food properly prepared and delicious. Will return

The burgers are pretty good here, a as well as the dirty martini with Bombay sapphire. Excellent service sitting at the bar around 4 pm.

Went with the flat iron steak, blackened. Decent size, temp was spot on, and the seasoning was great. Served with mash taters and sautéed zucchini, all went very well together.

My wife and I just moved to Lebanon,PA recently and she has been wanting to go eat at the Gin Mill for awhile now. We decided to go out to eat there and wow!! What a great menu, atmosphere, service and overall fun environment. The menu options are amazing and tasty. The servers and owners were very attentive to our needs. I would recommend this place to everyone from Lancaster to Lebanon to come and visit. We WILL be back!!! Great job to everyone running the place. Thank you for a great experience.

Definitely one of the best burgers I’ve had. The burger was cooked thoroughly and had a great taste. Our server was attentive and made sure we all enjoyed our meals. There was a good variety of food to choose from which all seemed reasonably priced. However, the smaller indoor seating area can get a bit loud at times, but don’t let that disappoint. I’d definitely come back to dine at Gin Mill and try other meals they have to offer.

I got the smokehouse sampler and a New York strip, both were very good and the steak was very tender but unfortunately there wasn’t any fat on it.

The food and service here was excellent! Top notch for a home town restaurant. I had the Jerk Salmon which was cooked to my specification and was deliciously satisfying! This is a restaurant that I will definitely come to on my next visit to town. The atmosphere was chill and relaxing.

A breath of fresh air! We’re very particular about our food and I can say we were absolutely stunned with our food and service! Lebanon only has a handful of gems and this is one of them. Ahi tuna seared perfectly and everything else cooked to perfection. Compliments to the back of house for the effort they put in behind that line!

Lunch was great. It had been years since we gave the Gin Mill a try and now I am sorry I waited so long!
I had one of the best burgers ever. It was a breakfast combo and they even had gluten-free buns. The restaurant was very clean and well-kept. The wait staff was courteous and responsive.

I will definitely be going back with the family again and recommend it to others.

Great food. Had the Brisket Burnt End melt. Was delicious. Our server Tammy was fantastic too!

We came from out of town to help drop a friend off with relatives. Was surprise of the early curfew in Lebanon so we were trying to find a place to eat after a 6 hour drive. This place was a beacon of hope lol. We're so glad we chose this place. Great Service and Delicious food. Helped fueled us up for the trip home. Thank you.

Excellent food and service! The Gin Mill fries are a must have! So is the Gin Mill crab cake! They serve alcohol but we opted for a delicious Raspberry ice tea! We will go back!
