Williston Self Storage

Was in a real pinch with daughter, and not having a place to store her apartment items for one week. Williston self storage came through with a “beautiful” wooden box and was so gracious to put outside, even after hours, for us to pack it all up. A week later, I went to take everything out and found everything in great condition. I was alone but Justin and one of his team members was so nice to help me load a couple heavy items. What a team Justin has - the customer service is second to none and the place and its surroundings are meticulous! If you want a great place to store items, don’t look any further than Williston Self Storage! They’re terrific and treat you like you’re their only customer!!

Hands down, this is the best storage facility in Vermont. Clean and secure. Efficient website and auto-payment system. Fantastic, friendly, accommodating staff. Highly recommended.

Called the phone number, lucky they had a few vacancies, there is a kiosk on site to pay for the unit electronically like an ATM but NOT an ATM. Pay your monthly rent. Best stream line facility I have ever rented from. Super clean, gated with electric door code for the gate, convenient automative payment office for payments next to the gate. Kept plowed during the winter.

My husband and I needed a secure, clean place to store furniture and household items while we were in the process of moving. Williston Self Storage was amazing and I highly recommend them! Their self-service kiosk was so great given that we were renting the unit in the midst of the pandemic. Anytime I had a question the owners were super quick to answer via phone or email. The units are behind a secure gate which gave me peace of mind about the security of our items, and the units themselves are newer, very clean, and seemed very waterproof. I'll be using this facility again should we ever need short term storage.

We have been super happy with the service provided at the storage facility. The lady who works the desk is super friendly and helpful! The autopay feature is so lovely. The space is clean and easily assessable and secure!

It was a pleasure arranging storage for our son with Heidi during Covid stay at home orders. We live in Chicago area and had no idea when our son would be able to get his things out of one apartment to storage and then to his apartment ... Williston Self Storage was amazing in making the process simple!!! The facility itself is new and very clean!!! I highly recommend their facility!!! Thank you again!!!

Brand new facility, clean. Self serve kiosk is pretty straight forward. It did take a while for my gate code to become active .. I called the number provided for questions or concerns and it went straight to an outdated recording rather than put me in contact with someone who could help. Went back the next day and my code worked fine.

Nice place. Kiosk needs ventilation, it was stifling hot in there.
