Steven Douglas was absolutely amazing! Helped me so much with all my decision changing and making. Very patient with me and willing to hear everything i had to say. Very important to note he wasn’t pushy at all as some dealers can be! 10/10 would come back to work with him in a heart beat.

Jose and his team members were very courteous and helpful. Definitely not the typical sleazy treatment you would get at car dealerships.

He worked diligently to get us in to the right jeep and we very much appreciated his follow up and persistence without being too pushy. We felt comfortable discussing our options and what needs we were looking for to accommodate our growing family. We also appreciated every other employee we encountered during the transaction from the document signing agent providing markers to my daughter to every other employee who walked by just being kind and smiling at our kids. It was a very enjoyable experience that I would definitely recommend.

Christina has been a HUGE help in deciding which car is best. With a growing family I needed a bigger car and she had all the options. She has been nothing but helpful and kind in this process. Great dealership and saleswoman!

Experience was as expected. Not happy that truck had 50 miles more than the night before, also tank wasn't full like stated, and the cleaning and detail left a lot to be desired. Salesman was great and helpful, even on his days off. Robbie you were great, thank you! You guys offer that extra warranty package that is absolutely awesome.

I missed the scheduled time for my appointment. I immediately called to apologize and reschedule. They offered me an opportunity to come in that same day. Mario was wonderful and took good care of me and my car.

First off the place is massive! The vibe is amazing. Every single one in there is willing to help you. But my Brian Crouse. Was amazing help! He will do anything in hi power to help get number you are looking for and the type of vehicle you want. They also was so nice and amazing to my kids as well when they were in there with me! I would definitely recommend anybody to go there and ask for Brian Crouse!

I typically have a positive experience at Rothrock which I why I keep returning. The only thing about this visit (which wasn't really a negative but worth noting) is that the clerks did not know how to redeem points I have available to use (on my Jeep credit card) at a Jeep dealership. It wasn't a lot of points and nothing expiring soon just worth noting.
