I went in to Kelly Risk Free this week with the intention of purchasing a certified used vehicle. Efrain Lopez took the time to show me some cars and discuss my situation and options. Sean knew the ins and outs of both vehicles we were deciding between and helped us make the right decision by recommending the most logical reasoning vehicle for our needs (wasn’t much of a difference in cost but wasn’t pushing the higher priced vehicle that was more “fun” but got us into the smarter option vehicle). I bought a used car last night from Rick. He was super fair with the trade in and the price of my new 2018 Outlander. I didn't even have to haggle over the price. Today he is on point with getting me an additional key and even going to the service department to get questions I needed answered. They have guarantees on their used cars and dont leave you for dead like other places.

My father bought a new 2022 pre owned Mitsubishi outlander BE edition. Good fair price and he very wisely got the Extended Serive Coverage.
