Annville Veterinary Hospital

I had an unexpected health issue with my dog and they were able to see me the same day! Not only that, the visit was quick, the care was fantastic, and the bill was significantly lower than I expected. They definitely have my business moving forward.

Annville Veterinary Hospital is the absolute best vet in the area. Dr. Harvey is extremely good at what she does and their prices are fair. When i moved out of the area, i tried two other vets in the Lancaster area and both were extremely overpriced and not helpful. I’d happily drive the hour to bring our two dogs there over any of the vets in the Lancaster area. Thank you to Dr. Harvey and her staff.

Dr Havey and Team are awesome! I was there many times this year with a dog that was healing from a surgery and they are so caring and accomodating! They go over and above and did everything they could to work with my schedule to make the appt time work for all. They were very patient with my many questions and treated my dog like their own. I would recommend to all friends and family.

Switched to Annville Vet Hospital a couple months ago and man was that the right move! Our dog had unfortunately torn her ACL and Dr. Harvey not only provided extensive education but recommended an awesome surgeon to perform it. In addition, post surgery her staples were starting to come loose causing lots of panic on our end.. After being put on hold multiple times by the emergency hospital, we were able to call in and luckily within the hour Dr. Harvey was able to solve the issue right there and then. She is GREAT!! Staff is also very pleasant and helpful with scheduling (and in times of panic!!)

We just had to put down Gracie our little community cat. Dr Harvey and her staff were so compassionate. Very helpful with explaining treatments and costs. She also got us into her schedule in no time at all.

Can not say enough good things about Dr. Harvey! The whole staff is excellent and truly cares for your pet. Have been coming to Annville Veternary Hospital since 2003 when it was Dr. Rill (also fantastic) until he retired and would never imagine taking my pup anywhere else! Dr. Harvey learned a lot from Dr. Rill and it shows by the care she gives our dog, Tucker. The staff truly cares about the health of your animal. Dr. Harvey is one of the best veterinarian's in all of Central Pennsylvania! Thank you to the entire staff for always going above and beyond every day whether in person or by phone. This practice is a true gem in this area!

Little Man aka Jupiter became sick and couldn’t go to the bathroom.. They squeezed him in on a Thursday and saw him again on Monday when his symptoms returned.. they did an X-ray and blood work and a urinalysis and it didn’t break the bank! They found out Little Man gets “stone’s “ and now is on special food.. wouldn’t take any of my feline friends anywhere else.. you guys are the best!

Dr. Harvey is wonderful and the staff is great, too!

Friendly, caring, and knowledgeable staff in a clean environment. I was especially pleased to see the HEPA filter fan in the waiting area. No pics because FeNRiR is a highly reactive handful any time there's someone around who might give him pets.

This place is amazing! I've been going here for years. All of the ladies behind the counter are troopers. They are constantly busy but always find time to be kind & have a sense of humor. The Doc is the best!

Everyone at the Annville Vet Hospital was simply wonderful. I took my cat in a few weeks ago when she got sick. They really went above and beyond to fit me in at the end of their day. They took their time and really gave my cat the attention she needed.

Perhaps the biggest reason for a 5 star review was the kindness and compassion that they showed me when my beloved cat passed away. The kind words, support and love that the entire staff showed was really wonderful.

I have 10 dogs and I am slowly getting them all seen here. I started in Jan of 2020 and have had 4 dogs there so far but then the pandemic hit. But during that time they were very good about seeing my one dog and very professional. They are also very reasonable making it easier for people to own a pet. The staff is just great here!

I was desperate to find a vet for my newly diagnosed diabetic dog. They were so understanding and accommodating! My vet only came to the home and was not able to provide the care she needed so I had to find another. Even though Annville Veterinary Hospital was scheduled out they agreed to care for her and got her in right away. The staff is kind, they are knowledgeable, and my dog gets excited to run up to their door! I can't speak enough to how great they are!

My beagle is stressed when separated from me. He can bark quite loudly trying to call to me. The entire staff is positive, understanding, and empathetic towards his stress rather than act as if it is an imposition. Dr. Harvey has a relationship going on with him that helps me have every confidence that he is thoroughly, examined while respected and loved. This virus protocol is organized and well done. I feel safe and would immediately call if he were having a health issue. Before this virus my beagle somehow contracted kennel cough. She protected all the animals by doing a video exam, keeping him out of the site so no other sick animals would be susceptible to getting it. It was a lengthy , awful illness. But at least all the other animals were not exposed. I could go on and on as to how much I love and trust this Dr. and staff!

I recently got a rescue dog and was thrilled that they were accepting new patients. I used Dr. Rill years ago and did not want to go anywhere else. Both vets really care about your pets. The staff is courteous and friendly. Dr. Harvey called me after hours to see how my dog was doing after her surgery. The staff even gave her a bath! They really are exceptional!

For over twenty years Dr. Rill, has cared for my three dogs, a Basset Hound, English Bulldog, and Black Lab, he treats the dog as if their his own, never pushes services not needed, honest, and I have a lot of respect for this man. Expert care with a gentle touch!

Dr. Harvey and her staff are all very pleasant and helpful. Very glad we found her as this is our first dog and she has been very informative and always takes her time to answer any questions I have.

Dr. Rill is by far the best Vet in the area. Believe it or not my dog doesn't mind going for checkups at all. He currently isn't taking any new customers because his client base is packed with similar happy customers. I hope he never retires!!!!

I have always gone here and love the service. He is great with my pets and always friendly. Dr.rill has always helped them and fully explains everything.
