The people at Strohl Automotive are great to deal with. You know when you drop your vehicle they will get it right. My family has been having their maintenance work done at Strohl for years. The service managers and the service people have been there for years. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them for your repair needs.

I used to use a shop in Cherryville, the shop closed I have been using Strohl automotive Since then, for my automotive needs, the shop is reasonable with the prices of repairs and I have two cars that I have been bringing here and the service is phenomenal. I have always had a good experience with Strohl services. Their work has always been done in a timely manner and they would advise me if further work had to be done, and this would all depend on the importance of the part(s) and operation of my car. Always polite, answering all of my concerns, I have a thirty-year-old car that was well cared for and parts are becoming harder to come by, however, Strohl Services manages to locate the part(s) and or an equal replacement. I will continue to use their services, my car is well maintained and running great.

Strhol Automotive is a great place to have your car serviced and yearly inspections done.
They never try to over sell you. They do what work needs done and explain why it needs done. They fix it the first time and fix it right. They never try to guess and change a part. They replace what needs done.
Even my sister who lives in Ohio brings her Toyota Highlander there for service.

I have used Strohl service department for many years and have never been disappointed with there service and customer interaction. They are always willing to discuss issues with me and answer my questions.

My first time there. Needed a car inspection. Did everything online made my appointment then I got an email back confirming my appointment. The day of the inspection I got there on time. They took my car in right away I don't have to wait very long until it was thoroughly checked out and I got my new inspection sticker. The people that are very pleasant. If I need service I'll definitely check them out again. Good people

I've been going here for about 17 years. They are honest. Pricing is fair. Kept my '92 Chevy Cavalier alive for much of that time. They're good cars, but I never felt ripped off when it did need work. They even saved me some money when a mouse chewed through some wires on my new car. There are lots of mechanics out there, but I'll always drive a little further to have them do the work.

The people at Strohl were great to work with for the purchase of a van for our family. The van was in great shape and advertised clearly, and Doug was kind and understanding as he answered our questions when we arrived. The sale went easily and we didn’t feel pressure at any point in the process. The van was detailed well and serviced before being up for sale. I feel like we got a very good deal.

I have always had good service at a fair price

My fiance and I went here to get our first new used car together. The experience was amazing. So much better than going to an actual dealership. All they want is to make a sale and don't care about you or your feelings. Ted was amazing. He was very helpful, friendly and didn't B's us. Definitely will be going back.
