They did a great job getting me connected to be financed with a lender, working with the seller agent, and providing updates during the entire process. They had me closed and keys in hand in exactly 2 weeks! Now, I'm a CPA, so the document gathering and financial verifications I had to pull together are a little easier for me than maybe for others. But otherwise, you can expect regular communications, updates, etc. If something has to change to get you qualified and settled, they will work as hard as possible to find a solution!

I cannot say enough about how iron valley twice has helped my husband and myself through 2 homes! One bought , one sold ,both smooth transactions. But it was the selling of our home that needed some tweeking that they really shined on! Ron Coleman and his team..bob and Nancy went above and beyond to help make our house stand out in a very competitive market. Giving personal time , advise and locating people who would help with lawn care..clean out and small code issues. We cannot thank them enough.
