We looked at several houses with Gina over the course of several months, but it was selling that Gina ended up helping us with as we made the decision to build. The most knowledgeable realtor I've ever met. Gina is super patient and respectful of your wishes and only wants the best for you and your family. It took us almost 2 years to find a house and Gina was by our side through it all not forcing our hand one bit. She is exactly what you want from a realtor in that she is not pushy at all but knows how to get the job done. She is super easy to get in touch with and is always responsive when in need. My favorite part was we never felt like she was trying to sell us a house but rather advise us on how to make the best life decision.

Gina went above and beyond what we expected. She was always available and did a lot of hand holding since we were buying a house sight unseen 1000 miles away during Covid19. She went to our prospective house and FaceTimed us every room in the house and the next week she met our son at that house so our son could see the house and FaceTime us every room and answer lots of questions. She then met our son again at the house once we had signed a contract for the home inspection to be conducted.
