While working 8 months in the Bethel PA area, my wife and I stayed here more than 30 nights. I can’t say enough good things about this location. They are always accommodating and made each stay feel like home. From staying with our 2 dogs, getting directions to great food spots, requesting our favorite room 111, and asking for early check ins! They met and far exceeded most every expectation we had. There was an issue with the hot water that took a day to fix but they offered to allow showers at their personal home during this repair. While I personally couldn’t see myself showering in another person’s home. The fact that they were proactive and solution focused made the situation 100% better. We gladly drove the 31 mins while passing many other hotels each time solely because this location made us feel like VIP guests and family. No bugs in any of the rooms we stayed in. Their sheets/towels/carpet were clean and free of stains. Breakfast was hot and had a good selection. Highly recommended!

Only place that had four rooms left! Front desk lady supper nice and funny! Beds super comfortable enough pillows plus one extra!! Very clean beautiful room. Bathroom little tight but updated clean and a full size tub! Really good for the price.

If I could give this Hotel 100 stars I would. Chose to stay here because it was close but not too close to Hersheypark stadium. Also because they had a pool. Unfortunately the pool pump was broken so no pool. Normally I would have been upset. But this day I simply told them how disappointed I was and that the pool was one of the main reasons I chose them. Their rates were very well priced and in line w other establishments. We came back down to head out for our dinner and concert. They recommended a wonderful place to eat and we were told that they were knocking 20% off the bill due to the pool situation. Well that was aces up in my book. Besides the wonderful service (including wakeup calls) the room was so nice and spotless. Then there was the free breakfast the next morning. I have had quite a few hotel breakfasts and they couldn't hold a candle to this one. The most delicious eggs I may have ever tasted and a wonderful spread of anything you could think of for breakfast. So there you have it: Amazing Service, Great Rooms, and a spectacular breakfast. I highly highly recommend staying here!!! 😀😀

I gave 5 stars because the staff is outstanding. The place needs a redo but the staff well made up for the difference. The place is clean but old. They do offer a continental breakfast that is really nice. I stay there every year I do Wreaths Over American at Ft Indiantown Gap to lay a wreath upon my fellow brother's grave. I will always stay here because of staff kindness and politeness. I highly recommend this place if staying in the area.

Very clean updated room. Very comfortable and great staff. Very reasonable and no charge for our dog. They also provided a nice breakfast before we hit the road. Will look for them on our next trip.

Had a good room on our two night stay, breakfast was great in the morning, plenty to eat and choose from. Room was clean, need was comfortable. It is a little bit out from Lebanon but the rates are great and the stay was also. I've stayed here before and probably will again when I come down to our rabbit convention.

The hotel staff are very helpful 24/7. The front desk staff are very nice and will recommend places to visit if you are not from the area. The cleaning staff is friendly and keep the rooms clean and they want to make sure you don't need anything everytime you pass them in the hallways. The hotel itself is a good price. They are doing some remodeling to make things nicer. The beds are comfy and clean. I would definitely stay here again. I stayed here a month and was very pleased with my stay. Made a same day reservation. The staff was nice and attentive. The room was clean. Lastly, the price was accommodating for my night stay. I would come back my next in PA.

Nice hotel for the money. Rooms are clean staff is super nice. Outside is clean and well taken care of. Only downside is pool is temporarily closed.

Pleasant experience, decent hotel. Our first room smelled like cigarettes, friendly staff were happy to give us another room. Both rooms were clean and well kept. Good price, would stay again.

Everything was very clean and had a very relaxing and peaceful night! Biggest surprise was how comfortable the bed was as well as cleanliness of all the rooms. Booked here more than once and will be looking to make my way back there again when needed.

My go to place right now for a place to stay for work. Prices super reasonable, staff always nice, rooms always clean. All I expect is a clean room so I’m very easy going. There’s definitely some interesting characters now and then that stay at this place but that does not reflect the place itself and I’m not surprised given the price of a room is very reasonable. Staff is great and I’ve been to other local spots and they’re either gross, over priced for the area or both.... definitely a good spot especially if you’re just traveling for work.

Our stay was quite pleasant with a flexible check out time. The location is rural with easy access to Interstates 81, & 78. We loved the east late night check in, and the deal that can't be beat ANYWHERE in Pennsylvania. Would highly recommend it in a heartbeat.

The entire staff at this hotel was amazing. The rooms are very clean. It's very quite with privacy, and room service when you need it. It is so peaceful and serene. They treat you like you're at the Waldorf Asotoria. Perhaps better. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Wasn’t expecting much from a 2 star hotel, but boy, was I surprised!
Very clean but quaint rooms (everything worked) staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, woke up to a hot water shower, towels smelled fresh, but most of all, they had breakfast!!! Real brand name cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, pastries and fresh coffee!
I’ve been on the road since July 5th; and I’ve stayed at 4/5 star hotels that either had no breakfast, or they made you pay to eat. This place is the ONLY PLACE that had breakfast.
Yesterday I was in Long Island (the rich part) at the Hilton and spent double the price and was treated like an outcast, and everything was closed inside.
Even if I have to travel a bit further to my next job, I’M DEFINITELY STAYING HERE AGAIN.

Room was clean checkin was fast. They did change my room from what I reserved but it wasn't a big deal for us. We just wanted to sleep. Loved the coffee maker in the room.

The facility and surrounding areas were clean. The room was nice, with double beds. The staff was friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable. They have coffee and breakfast items in the morning starting at 0600.

This place is clean and friendly staff the rooms are very nice and the breakfast they have is amazing they have waffles and biscuits and gravy sausage toast French toast bagels boiled eggs yogurt coffee orange juice apple juice water it's amazing would stay again anytime

Our room was very clean staff was very friendly, breakfast was great and a lot to choose from. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.
