I absolutely recommend East Penn Roofing! During a storm, three weeks ago, the shingles blew off of our roof. I called East Penn Roofing and within a couple of days, a really nice person named Tyler arrived and talked with us, and gave us an overview of the situation along with a very reasonable quote for the job. One week later, the job was done! Katie was amazing at keeping us informed on schduling and arrival times of the crew. This was my very first experience with a roofing company, and let me tell you, I was very impressed from beginning to end! East Penn Roofing sets a very high standard! Thank you, everyone!

Awesome job from start to finish. The estimate process was easy to coordinate and a good thorough inspection of my roof and situation was done. When the work was done, the crew was excellent and kept me in the loop regarding status. Everything was done in one day. They were very careful with moving things around the outside of my house and the cleanup process was great! I would highly recommend East Penn Roofing to everyone!

I was very happy with my experience with East Penn Roofing! The roof on my cape cod was only 17 years old (done by another local roofer) and was disintegrating. I chose East Penn because they use a higher quality product that will last longer and my estimator sold me on their quality and follow through. It was installed relatively soon after I signed the contract. There were two items that required some additional work - there was a few dents in my seamless gutter and the chimney required a change to the flashing - Josh was extremely attentive to taking care of them. The gutter was replaced with new and the chimney was addressed quickly and looks better than it EVER has. I completely understand that things can happen with a new install, and it's how the owner handles the situation that speaks volumes! I would highly recommend EP and would choose them again!

We called East Penn Roofing for an estimate and they were out within 2 days. Josh checked out the roof and then told us that he thinks the roof is in good condition and doesn't need to be replaced. Extremely responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. The assistant who answered the phone when we first called was also very friendly and accommodating

Josh , the owner of East Penn Roofing personally helped me in a time of need. He came promptly to repair the wind damage on my roof. He couldn’t have been more courteous, professional, and helpful. This is the type of man he is which is reflected in the work ethic of his business. I could not recommend him any more than what I do now. If I could give a 10 star rating, I would !!!!!!! I have no reservation in highly recommending East Penn Roofing.

We had a an unusual roof leak that I just couldn't figure out. I suspected it was a result of ice dams from the two major snow storms last winter. However this was not the case.
On the recommendation of a friend I called East Penn and the owner Josh came out. He is very Knowledgable, prompt and personable. He offered to inspect the area of the leak both interior and exterior. Josh uncovered a plumbing pipe buried under insulation that was the culprit. The leaking was a result of in adequate ventilation in the attic causing the pipe to condensate. I'd like to add that the area where the pipe was located was extremely difficult to access and required some agile crawling in a tight space.
Needless to say Josh went above and beyond the call of duty to help me find my problem. If you need a roofer do yourself a favor and call East Penn.

I cannot say enough good things about Ty and East Penn Roofing. I called East Penn Roofing after noticing multiple leaks in my house during a major storm. Within 1 hour I was receiving a text from Ty indicating he could be out to my house that day to take a look if it fit my schedule. Amazed at this company's responsiveness, and true to his word, Ty was out that very same day by noon (only a couple hours after I called) assessing the situation both inside and on top of the roof. Ty spent a great deal of time explaining to me what he saw and the options I had. He was willing to help me whichever direction I chose. As it was not a surprise to me the condition of the roof, I opted to have the roof replaced. Ty provided me a reasonable quote on site that morning and we discussed the financing options, which were very reasonable. By early afternoon all was a go, and Ty was putting me on a priority list to get work completed asap.
Being that it is December - weather plays a big part. He was able to do the job the week after Christmas, while I was on vacation. He kept me up to date with everything, including sending pictures of the progress and any findings he made. I felt completely comfortable with Ty and his team doing the work while I was away. The work was completed in 1 day and they came back the next day to ensure a perfect clean up. I came back from my getaway to a beautiful new roof and no mess. You would have never known they were there. They even fulfilled my request of taking down my Christmas lights for me so I didn't' have to! The customer service Ty provided was impeccable, always available for any questions and responding quickly. The company uses quality materials and provides quality craftmanship. I would highly recommend East Penn Roofing to anyone who is need of a new roof or roof repairs.

We were looking to have our roof done due to missing singles and a lot of granular loss. We had a 4 offers from other roofing contractors but after speaking with Josh decided to go with East Penn. Josh was very knowledgeable and explained the process that he and his team would perform. The crew arrived early, promptly set up protection of the landscape and backyard deck prior to working. They spent the full day removing the old roofing , replaced rotted board and fully restored the new roof and throughly clean up all debris when done. They clean up so well you hardly know they were there. I’m extremely happy with the new OC roof color and the way Josh and his crew conducted themselves.
They were safe courteous, professional, and did an excellent job.

East Penn Roofing did a great job for a great price. Pat is very professional and always answered the phone when I had a question about the ongoing job. Juan and his workers are very polite. They did a smooth job and cleaned up nicely. Everything looks great. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof. Thank you again.

East Penn was able to come to my house the next day for a temporary patch when I called the night prior due to a sudden roof leak. Was very east to then schedule a more inclusive roof repair, and everything has been great since then. Appreciate the fast response time, as this most likely prevented more water damage.

They did a great job fixing my pipe collars. Tye was very friendly and informative and patient with all my questions. Josh was also very easy to speak with and got Tye out to my house within two days. Will be using this company for any further services. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

This was a really good experience. In reality, I would give it a 4.9 stars. The -.01 would be due to the communication not being perfect and my mums getting destroyed. To be clear, the communication was great. Just in this situation, I have dealt with five different contractors and East Penn was obviously the correct choice. I haven't looked at the roof - when I do and if I find something off, I will change this review - but the whole experience was great. Mums are mums and easily replaceable, we don't care much about them but I would have moved them if I would have known a piece of the roof would be falling in that vicinity. Again, I haven't inspected all the work, but of what I could so far see, things look professionally done. On the communication: roofing is complex in that the weather has to be decent and the end of the summer in to the b-e-r months has a lot of rain. I had to be the one to call them and get updates on timing. Not really a big deal because East Penn made sure to reach out whenever I had questions. The other part of the communication, I did not realize what the work would entail. Living in a row home, they had to access my neighbor's roofs in order to work on my roof. Knowing this in advance, I would have communicated with my neighbors and given them a warning. My neighbors were kind about it, so no big deal. Lastly, this is a serious job with serious work. Machinery was involved. The machinery was used on my front yard, which I just laid grass seed down on. Again, not a big deal because the dry-stacked retaining wall was put back up and other than the mums, nothing was damaged. Throughout the process, East Penn communicated with the financing company and kept us on the same page. I asked them to take pictures and give me a report of the work that was done and they came through. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof done.

We could not be happier with East Penn Roofing! Our job was complicated - roofing, siding, and gutters - on a very old house (110 years old). They were so helpful and professional. The job site was immaculate every single day. My neighbor just told me that she thinks we now have the nicest house on the block!!! They were terrific and I would use them again and again.
