Cathy’s catered my bridal shower. My guests and I were truly impressed with the quality and flavor of the food. Theme was Amalfi coast lemons, and my mom had a great experience menu planning. We had a lovely salad with grapefruit and citrus vinaigrette to start. Apps were caprese, chicken lemongrass potstickers, black bean and corn salad and lemon shrimp. The entrée wine chicken was so savory. At a time when I notice the quality of most restaurant food declining, I was so happy with the quality of the healthy food. The flavor had guests going for seconds, but the portions were generous and we still had leftovers. The cake was a two-tier lemon and orange creamsicle, which again was incredible and beautifully iced. She arrived promptly and was professional. We will always think of Cathy’s for future events, and I would heartily recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Cathy's Catering. It's like having your own 5 star restaurant at your disposal. Food and desserts are top-notch. I wish I had known about them earlier. Would have definitely used them for my wedding. I've enjoyed their food for about 7 years now.

Wow, amazing job done by Cathys Creative Catering Cafe + Team (Jessica and Corrine) at our christmas party. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Everything ran smooth and on time. The guests had a wonderful evening. Thank you for everything :)

We ordered catering for a 50-person work party and the food was incredible! There was also so much of it - we had leftovers for lunch the next day, too! Dips, pulled pork, mac and cheese and all the desserts were amazing! They were great to work with and so accommodating - they made one gluten free and one vegan meal for no additional charge. Would highly recommend! Photo is of some of the mini desserts - the chocolate PB brownies have edible glitter!

Cathy’s catering supplied the cakes for my daughters wedding this past weekend and they were amazing to work with! Due to allergies throughout the families, my daughter and son-in-law decided to have a small cake for them to cut for traditional reasons but then ordered 4 other cakes for the guests to enjoy… and they really enjoyed them! We had chocolate cake with raspberry cream, lemon cake, banana cake and creamsicle cake! All the cakes were DELICIOUS, and very reasonably priced. The cakes were delivered perfectly to the venue the day of and the process of ordering and taste tasting were easy and seamless! Cathys Catering was very professional, reasonably priced and easy to work with! I highly recommend them for their delicious cakes!

The food was fabulous. Everyone loved the Swedish meatballs and the price was great. The real star was the service. Cathy was super accommodating when I needed to change the date and generously let me use her equipment. Can’t wait to see her next year

Cathy's just catered our wedding. They were so easy to work with and adapted to all of our needs without issue. The food was delicious. The staff was professional and courteous. They were even helpful with how best to execute getting everyone fed. The value for the money was perfect. They even neatly packed and labled the leftovers. I will give them my business again without hesitation, and send everyone I can their way.

Absolutely the best catering I could have asked for. 11/10! My wedding was INCREDIBLE because of cathys team, they really made everything come together. From the place settings to lighting all the candles and setting all the tables up. I didnt like any venues so we rented a beautiful lodge and put up a huge tent in the backyard, a lot goes into having a tented wedding and cathys team knew EXACTLY how to handle it and make it go off without ANY issue. Cathys team really NAILED it. Between the staff and Renee the coordinator everything was perfect. Renee really was a God send, she took care of EVERYTHING all i had to do was enjoy my day and let her know what i needed, she even did most without me even needing to tell or ask her. If you are struggling with planning an event I HIGHLY recommend her. My wedding was a HUGE success, I take some credit but all is due to Cathy and her team. The staff was friendly the bartenders were incredible and everyone complimented the food. A lot of full bellies and empty plates. People raved about the pierogi soup and the steak was cooked perfectly! Amy made the most amazing wedding cake and desserts, the pineapple upside down cakes made an appearance all of 10 minutes, people LOVED them! I was worried I wouldnt get some of the hors d’oeuvres but Renee made sure we got to eat everything we wanted and there was PLENTY left over. Actually one if the best parts of the wedding was when it was over and the bridal party got to tear into the left overs. I’ve decided im never cooking for a party again and am always hiring Cathys. Their food out of this world and the whole staff is really wonderful. I cant express my gratitude enough for how they made my wedding such an incredible event. Paying for catering especially on a larger scale is nerve racking, however after everything is said and done the price we paid was a million times worth it and thats a great feeling to have at the end of the day.

Cathy's catered our wedding for 72 people. Renee was the head chef at our wedding and did an outstanding job! A very special thank you to her for going above and beyond! She made sure that we had appetizers in the kitchen when we arrived and drinks before we were announced to our guests. She also took the lead communicating with our DJ to make sure announcements were made about the meal and dessert being served. The food was amazing! The feedback I got from our guests was fantastic. The food was served buffet style. We chose to do mini cupcakes for dessert in about 10 different flavors and our guests loved them! We got to take home extra food at the end of the night as well. Brain was our bartender and he also was very friendly and did a great job as at our venue we had to supply all the drinks and alcohol. Throughout the night I asked him if we still had enough and he gave me the run down of what we had left which was a relief for me! I highly recommend Cathy's catering to anyone, especially for a wedding. All staff were very prompt, and professional!

Cathy’s catered my wedding! They did a fantastic job! The food was absolutely delicious! There was not one bad thing, everyone talked about how good the food was and went back for more! The shrimp cocktail were huge! The cake was so moist and delicious!! The staff were awesome!! They took care of everything kept my kitchen clean and neat and just catered to my husband and I and all of our guest!!! I can’t say enough good things!! Whenever we need another event catered no doubt we will go with catheys creative catering!!

Cathys catering helped me have my dream wedding in the middle of a pandemic. Our wedding at our venue got cancelled so we switched it to a smaller gathering at our backyard. From the beginning of me reaching out to Cathy’s they were extremely understanding, Cheryl was great on the communication end answering back all my emails in a timely manor. We met with Cathy she was super friendly and helped me pick out a great menu- her manicotti is amazing, and we loved the stuffed shrimp. The whole staff did an outstanding job at my house. Renee made me feel so comfortable and even helped looked for my bouquet at one point, I truly appreciated her kindness. Megan was an awesome bartender and our guest enjoyed interacting with her. Also a special thanks to Donovan and Aidan very professional and hard working. I couldn’t have been happier with how my wedding turned out and I’m glad I got to have these great people helping me out. The cake was one of the bests I’ve ever had- triple berry and funfetti were the favorites. I am so appreciative to you all and look forward to using your services at any future event I have.

Cathy's catered my wedding reception at the Banana Factory in Bethlehem, PA. The food was awesome. Everyone loved it. Not one complaint. It was better than I had imagined it would be. It was perfect food for our perfect day. This place rocks! No nonsense service. Do yourself a favor though and have a pretty good idea of what you want on your menu and everything will go smooth as silk. Was in and out of there in less than an hour and had my whole menu ready to go. Had a quote the next day. They even worked with me on the price a little bit to help fit my budget. They also supplied the bartenders for our event who were very competent.

This lady is a soup wizard! Amazing food and friendly, talented chef! Still craving her food years after being in the area and having the pleasure of eating at Cathy's. Cathy, start shipping your soup so I can get my fix!

Absolutely love this place! The people that served the food were friendly and amazing! We talked with them as though they were family. They laughed and joked and were so personable! There was sooooo much food leftover. The ice cream bar was a huge hit as well as the steak on the toast we had for hors d'oeuvres. We will absolutely be ordering from them again!
