Tall slim guy at front desk was really sweet. Don’t believe any of these reviews these people are nuts. The rooms are really clean I booked two. Both rooms were spotless. Notice how everyone who made complaints didn’t have picture to back it up because they are the ones who dirty the rooms. They even provide fresh coffee and wonderful cookies in the lobby. Our rooms were both clean, sheets, tub everything im a former Housekeeper this hotel is awesome yes the building exterior is old and inside too but don’t say is dirty is clean just old but very clean and safe so stop listening to these lame reviews

They have skill machines which is awesome 👌 it's usually pretty clean. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the customer service at the front desk. It wasn't not the best. They seemed annoyed to have to do anything to help and didn't smile once.

The two clerks at the front desk overnight were great! They had us cracking up, thanked my bf for his military service and directed us to the nearest beer distributor. Thanks ladies!

Traveling for work, I stayed 1 night. Very clean, comfortable room. The front desk was helpful and friendly.

The location was perfect...close to everything. The lounge was pleasant and the entertainment was great! The service was excellent, if we needed something they followed through for us. The rooms were clean. We had no issues at all. We showed up early for check in and were in a hurry to get to a wedding and they had no issues with letting us in our room. I would definately stay here again.

I do agree with some of the most recent reviews that I read. I have stayed at Quality Inn Hotel, Lebanon (original construction early sixties) many times in the past and agree that it was going downhill fast. When I stayed at the hotel in Dec. 06, thought it would be my last. Went back March 07 and discovered that the hotel is now under new ownership since Jan 07, and what a difference. Major renovations to the rooms (at least in the tower) and also no pets in the tower. The room was very clean, w/new carpet and paint. The interior of the elevator was recently wood paneled. The service I received was very professional and I was given a very reasonable rate.

We just stayed for six nights. After reading some of the reviews we were leary, but our son who lives in the area said to give them a try. We're VERY glad we did!

The room was very clean, the bed quite comfortable, WiFi was fast and the buffet breakfast very good (try the sausages -- they're excellent).

The staff went out of their way to help and were most friendly and more importantly efficient.

As an added bonus there are two excellent, inexpensive restaurants right across the street: A&M Pizza (very good parmagians, salads and pizza) and Magic Wok (excellent beef & broccoli and hot & sour soup).

We can highly recommend this hotel for folks wanting clean, comfortable accomodations with a good staff at a good price.

This hotel was absolutely terrible. The service was atrocious, the food was frozen & not fresh, the rooms were unsanitary and unclean, my bathroom door and my balcony door did not close, so we froze during our stay. The internet services were slow and almost always unavailable. Do NOT go here. I'm only giving this 5 stars so my review will be seen. Truly deserves less than one star.

This place is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a second-floor room with a balcony off the back overlooking the pool area absolutely beautiful. well worth the cheap rates that you're charged.

Very good customer service and the room was very nice!!! I loved the bed it was so comfortable!!!! It's an older hotel but you can definitely tell that they updated everything in the rooms!!!! I definitely enjoyed my stay!!!!

Plenty of rooms to choose from. Located near many Lebanon attractions and with convenient highway access. Smoking and non-smoking rooms. Pet friendly rooms as well.

A little oddly constructed but otherwise great ambience in the room. Soft bed, everything worked. Friendly staff. I travel for a living so take note of this one.

After hotwire booked me a room at howard johnson which was the worst place I ever stayed I booked this hotel. This was a 5 star compared to howard johnson I would book and and plan on booking at this hotel next year when we come back for hersey park

Great experience. Little sour at the beginning, but staff knows how to turn around the experience. Definitely will stay there again.

The one where is very nice and the food for breakfast was delectable. For the price we would stay there again
