Metro by T-Mobile

Let me just say I went to a few places and those places were horrible, Boost, Metro on 7th, and also a few others and the service was terrible from the clerks at the desk, they really had no real deals, horrible phones and bad overall service. Came here and I am ABSOLUTELY a satisfied customer 100%. The guy there I remember he said his name was Mike. Really knows how to make a new customer and make the customer feel valued. This guy is A++ and definitely made me want to return to this location if I EVER need some help. He is very in tune with his job and looks like he really enjoys what he does. Great place to go, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. If you are on a budget, go for the TMobile Revel 6, I never liked a phone more. It's a rock solid piece that does everything the high end phones do, with minor difference in my opinion. Very great deal with Metro by T-Mobile, this phone is a HIT. Thank me later!

Recently my parents and I went to purchase a phone at this location. My parents speak little English and were confused as to how to go about selecting a phone. We were please to be helped by one of the young women, a girl named Milly, who was very courteous and helpful. She explained everything to my parents and helped them to choose a good phone. The purchase itself was quick and easy. She even went so far as to bring out different color covers so my mother had options to choose from. I'd like to thank her for it. My parents are always intimidated by sales people. I'm glad Milly made this particular shopping experience enjoyable and hassle free.

Ashley was awesome. I got an excellent phone that I love and I'm already blown away by the service and data speed. And the price for everything including the plan are beyond great. All around VERY satisfied!

I was owning a flip phone for 15 years and and I started working for a company that I needed my phone for my payroll all my music I need data and my phone company would only give me so much data so I switched to Metro T-Mobile and Chris at the store magnificent he worked on my phone for a couple days to get it ported and running right he went out over his Call of Duty I'd say even stopped eating his lunch to help me so if you need a new phone Metro T-Mobile see Chris
