Gabby's Italian Bistro

All we have had so far is the plain cheese pizza but I’m impressed enough with it to write this review. The crust is perfection…crispy outside and soft pillowy inside. The sauce is delicious, the cheese was perfectly golden brown and the whole thing comes together beautifully.

Went in a couple months ago and was blown away. Probably the hidden gem of Lebanon cuisine. When you walk in you are instantly greated. I got the chicken sandwich and it was good. We were first inside and food came out in no less then 15 minutes.

My husband and I have been getting take out from here for years. Always: absolutely delicious. Ingredients are fresh. And you can tell: it’s a family affair. We love that. I will always try to frequent a smaller, family owned business… rather than big chains. You can tell there is a lot of love that goes into these dishes. When my daughter was smaller, they would offer her a scoop of ice cream or ice? I don’t remember what it was. But they could see her PEERING into their dessert case and watch me, struggling to get her out the door with our pick up order. I always thought that was “above and beyond” anything you would expect.

We have driven from Windsor (by York) to pick up their food. It’s delicious.

We are originally from NY so our Italian food “standards” are pretty high lol

This place is ALWAYS great.

Fresh food made to order. Everything is delicious. Service is great. Prices are reasonable

The bread is homemade in the restaurant, I was told the pasta is as well. Very awesome little place will definitely be coming back.

This place was absolutely amazing the food was fantastic. I highly recommend trying a sub they make their bread homemade🤯. The owner is super nice and very easy to get along with and talk to. For anyone thinking about trying this place.PLEASE DO YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

I got a cheesesteak and some fries for lunch at Gabby's. Having never eaten there, I didn't know what to expect. I was not dissatisfied. The cheesteak was cooked to perfection and put in fresh homemade bread. The portions were awesome, but the best out of everything was the fries. These were the best fries I ever had. Crispy on the outside soft inside just the right amount of salt. Maybe a fluke, but I would definitely go back just for more fries.

Had a large take out order and everything was fresh and hot when I picked it up. Had to wait 30mins for order due to the size of the order and just like every other restaurant, they are short staffed. However, was worth the wait. Food was delicious. Homemade bread was good. Had many menu options as well. Will definitely return!

Another amazing Gem tucked away in Lebanon!!

We are from NY and take our Italian food seriously… and when we lived in Lebanon, this was our “go to” for Italian take out/delivery.
Our favorite was rigatoni a la vodka (and we would ask for sausage to be cooked in each dish) bc he makes every pasta order, made to order.
Great husband/wife team over there.
Always made us feel welcome.
Remembered our daughter’s name when we used to pick up regularly… and owner always let her pick a gelato or ice… she was small back then… absolutely made her night. Every time.
Now with pandemic, I only continue to go to family-run restaurants with great service…. And this is definitely one of them!!!

Got a cheeseburger sub and a cheesesteak and they were both delicious! I appreciated that the steak sauce was mixed with the meat so it was not dry. The funnel cake fries were good but could've used some dipping sauce.

The famous one for Italian food in Lebanon, PA. It was a wonderful time as I had a supper with my aunt. The staff was so generous in helping us. Food was delicious and the service was very good. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. The food was good and presented nicely. I Loved my seafood.

I ordered a large steak and cheese Stromboli to go, but it was delicious! They even tossed the meat in marinara and gave me extra sauce on the side.

Pick up doordash orders here all the time. Love this place. Even try to eat here while I'm working. Owner is fantastic and food is perfect! Highly recommend to everyone!

From the one time we've had their pizza, it wasn't our favorite, but their entrees, salads, and sides are (in our opinion) the best in town. We I usually get at least two meals out of an entree, which makes it very worth the price.

I have eaten a lot of Italian food. My Grandmother was an Italian immigrant in the 1930s, and she would cook all the time. In my opinion, Gabby's is the best Italian restaurant in Lebanon county. The restaurant itself easy to miss when driving through Lebanon. The interior is tiny and somewhat cramped. But the food more than makes up for all of that. This little restaurant has the most authentic Italian food that I have had here in the States. We usually order and pick up, so I can't comment on the service. You also get quite a bit of food for the price. I am typically able to get two meals out of one order. I highly recommend their chicken cacciatore.

Their pizza crust is phenomenal. I just moved here from Nashville and started trying as many pizza joints as I could as soon as I arrived! Crust is my bug a boo. I don't want to have to tear when I bite down to get through the crust. I love the Supreme from Gabby's! Oh, the cannoli's are on point, too!

Amazing Italian food!! The chicken primavera was delicious and filling- I have enough left over for two more meals! The quality and taste was so much better than any ‘chain‘ Italian restaurant. We will be ordering from Gabby’s again!!

The food here is truly AWESOME and very well made. Desserts are perfect too! I have experienced long waits for our food though on more than one occasion... I hate to give it 4 stars because of that, but do be patient if you go here and it's busy....

UPDATE: I visited Gabby's bistro once again on June 11th, 2019. And guess what? They had pineapples. The owner himself recognized me after all these months and address me as Pineapple Man. It was a very good time and I appreciate his service. 5/5 establishment!!!

I have been to Gabby's Bistro a total of three times so far, and two of those times they did not have what I wanted. More specifically, they did not have the single ingredient: pineapple.
After being told the first time they did not have pineapples, I was reassured by one of the servers there. She told me herself that they would have the pineapples and guess what? They did not have the pineapple the second time. I had to settle for their supplementary ingredients, something that let me down, twice. Can you believe it? Freaking pineapples. After the second time, I talked to the owner himself and he told me that the pineapples are guaranteed to be there. Same with anchovies, if you're down with that sort of thing. I don't really like anchovies.

Far an away my favorite pizza place in Lebanon. The food is fantastic, we've never had a wrong order, and it's on time.

We get both the sicilian and normal pizza and itnis wonderful.
