I am writing this to make sure the community is aware of these people and their real estate business as it is, First off let me say that i have been living under there housing for almost 4 years, lets be honest here their expensive and would only service or maintain the house if something goes critical... for instance a pipe gasket broke and was leaking water for 2 days before someone responded and sent maintenance out to solve the problem, (in which if you didn't know about it you have to send a maintenance request through a website in order for them to work on it otherwise no phone call, text messaging, or email will get through) . while maintenance showed up i questioned them about another request i put through in the website and they told me they dont handle that sort of stuff they just get told the problem and location so my order request for a leaking faucet and bathtub, broken oven, broken stove top, squirrels in the roof, one of my stairwell steps were breaking... i could go on but these were more of the every day things they wont get to and when i moved out they charged me for most of these things plus garbage, rent of the month we moved out, which is bullshit because we moved out prior to the monthly due date. so for my security deposit that took them 2 months to send me. this company isn't worth doing business with, but if they are all you got make sure before you sign and leave to read the paper work, and to take pictures of anything out of the ordinary because they will take advantage of you and anything you got, For instance i got billed 60$ for a "dirty stove and oven" degreaser and a few towels cost 10$, that with effort wouldn't equal that amount, besides that i have photos pertaining that the oven is cleaned as was the stove top.
so all I'm saying here is be careful with this company they are only here to take your money not help you out.
