We purchased a new construction twin home from Sal Melo of Century21 Ryon Real Estate. Absolutely nothing that was supposed to be done by final walkthrough was done. We still closed and held 4k in escrow. 4 months later nothing has been completed still. He has personally attempted to fix things and made them significantly worse. Cracks in every surface of drywall, overlapped carpet matting leaving humps in floor. Every exterior door leaks massive amounts of water, showers leak, foundation leaks, new air conditioning unit does not work, can't lock exterior doors. The list goes on and on the longer we live here. He also fraudulently failed to list as modular home. We did not know that until today. We would have never purchased at the price we did had we known. His broker has ignored all calls by our agent and us as well. I would steer clear of this business. Unfortunately if you're reading this it's probably too late. Sal is a nice guy no doubt, but he's an exceptionally deceiving con artist as well. He knows everyone in Carbon County and they clear COs, and sign off on inspections without ever looking at the properties. Shady shady business man. Our neighbor's having all the same issues with the same result.

Richard Finnefrock keeps sending me a strangers documents. I have this person's personal information including tax ID and digital signature. These are sent to me totally unsecured. I have tried calling the phone number provided and replying through email. I have now been sent these documents four times.
