I just had THE best nail experience I’ve had in a long time!! It was my first time here and so I never know what to expect, but this place was incredible! The male nail tech I had was quick, gentle, and SO SO kind. He actually took time to make sure everything was perfect, and made me feel like a true valued guest. I have no idea how this place doesn’t have a full 5 stars, but I’ll surely spread the news about this place!! Thank y’all again for an amazing experience!!

Not sure why this was a 1 star, but it is definitely 5! It is the only place I will go now! Everything is always done fast and it looks great! I 100% recommend!

The spa pedicure was amazing. Suey took her time and was great. Hot stones, paraffin wax,leg and foot massage. Great experience, I will definitely return.

We came in super last minute and they were so welcoming and super sweet. My nails turned out absolutely gorgeous. They gave us hand and back massages. By far the best I’ve been too. I had mine done by Chen and he copied the exact picture I showed him. Highly recommend!

AMAZING service! I got a refill from Chen who was very polite and recreated nails I showed him from a reference photo, I am so pleased with the results! Even gave me a neck message while I waited for my nails to finish drying. He included the lotion and warm towel which I see a lot of nail salons leave out these days. I will definitely be back!

My husband and I had heard from a few friends that this is the ‘nail shop’ to go to! We went there today and it lived up to the HYPE!!!!! I had a manicure and pedicure with gel done. Both were done beautifully with patience and care. Clean utensils used and one side of the store it’s reserved for pedicures only with nice electric massage chairs. On the other side of the store it’s reserved for manicures. There’s plenty of options for gel colours and I also added a little bit of mail set and loved the flower print design. My pedicure was so relaxing that my husband got jealous and decided to get a pedicure himself haha! He enjoyed the friendly service and how clean and efficient his talented pedicurist was!!

Kent, Anh and Jason are all so lovely. They use high quality products and are extremely friendly. They are well known in the area and people travel to visit this store and I will continue to do so well.

If you’re after a clean and highly talented nail artists, I would recommend visiting Herbal Nails and Spa!

Started coming here with my mother in law over the summer and love it! The pedicures are incredible and each time I’ve had my nails done, they have lasted 3+ weeks! Looking forward to my next visit!

Absolutely wonderful! I came with my mom on a random Tuesday evening and they were able to take us without an appointment-- we did call a bit ahead but as we live nearby, had been hoping they had immediate availability, which they basically did. My mom had been here a few times before but not since the new ownership / management, however, she said her most recent experience was even better than the times before.

I was also extremely happy with my visit! I got a refill with gel polish. My tech (he seemed like perhaps the owner or manager) was extremely friendly, accommodating, gentle, sweet, and detail-oriented. I didn't ask for any specifics but am admittedly pretty particular about how I like my nails. Regardless, he literally did every single thing exactly how I liked. My nails looked better than ever. He didn't make them thick yet in the 3 weeks following my visit, only 1 broke, and that was only because I slammed it in a door very hard (lol, ouch!). He meticulously shaped under them, ensured they were the same length + shape, got my cuticles, and checked with me throughout the process to confirm I was happy.

I'm not from the area and have a salon closer to where I live that I always go to, but since coming to Herbal, I honestly have been seriously considering switching. I was so happy with how my nails looked and with the service.

My mom got a pedicure and absolutely loved it. She was raving about the leg massage that her tech gave her, and was very happy with the hot stones and leg mask / wrap, as well. My tech even gave us both complimentary mini shoulder massages while we waited for her toes to dry, which was a pleasant surprise. It was wonderful!

The salon was clean, spacious, and had a lot of options for colors and such, including dip powder, etc. The music wasn't overbearing, it wasn't noisy despite being pretty full, and when it got busy mid-way through my visit, my tech was extremely professional with handling everything, apologizing when he had to step away a few times. You can tell he was trying very hard to accomodate everyone, while still doing an amazing job on my nails, which I really appreciated. Not once did it feel like he was rushing or anything, even though a queue was beginning to form.

The prices were standard, pretty much on par with other nail salons, however for the quality, I felt they were really good. They have a punch-card type special for paying with cash, and then when I was there a few weeks ago, they had a special where you got a $10 gift certificate if you spent $80 in one visit.

Plenty of parking, as it's located in a shopping center right off 309. There's a CVS there too, and a Giant across the street, so you can knock out a few errands in one go, haha!

I highly recommend Herbal Spa. Like I said, despite having had a regular salon, I keep thinking of going back and how to schedule it so I could possibly make them my new spot! I'll definitely be back soon.

Excellent job.. she was very attentive to my nails.. lasted 3 1/2 weeks.. wow!! Spa pedicure was wonderful. Loved the foot and leg massage. It is my new to go to place.

I have been going here consistently since they changed ownership to herbal spa nails. Always satisfied with my nails and prices are fair. Nail technicians are really friendly.
