We have been using Creekview for the last two years as we were going through a lot with our Furbaby, Stormie. Everyone was so supportive, compassionate and loving through our cancer journey with our baby girl, until the very end. They celebrated with us on our victories and cried with us at our loss. Creekview is not just a vet, but an extension of your furfamily! 100% would recommend to anyone who would listen to me. Thank you for all that you did for our family!

THOROUGH is an understatement. Dr. Kara Ballek took care of my first mini schnauzer and was able to diagnose him with Addisons when he was with his former parents before I adopted him. Addisons requires a lot of care and she provided a treatment plan that worked great with my lifestyle as a first-time-dog-owner. Even though Creekview Veterinary Hospital is out of the way from where I live, I continue to take my current mini schnauzer puppy to them because of how thorough they are and how reasonably priced they are. Kara will go through pricing, treatment options, and give you options for special programs from vet drug manufacturers. Her prices for flea and tick medications come within a few dollars of major online retailers and her wellness visit medical exam fee has not increased in the 5 years I've taken my dogs to her. Which is not the case for almost any other vet in the area. She also provides a dropbox for you to leave your stool sample if you're like me and always forget to bring it to the appointment. She also has a pickup box for medications that need to be picked up after hours or on days they're not open. On top of that, her team is constantly monitoring email. I have asked so many ridiculous first-time-dog-owner questions over email and her team is always prompt and respectful in their replies. They'll give the best advice for your animal!

Very caring with our dog Shelby there excellent. And go over everything as to how and what they are going to do for are pet. We are glad we found them they are way better than our previous vet. Which seem to just care about money more than your pet. I highly recommend them.

I moved to the area less than a month ago and just got a puppy. The office was extremely accommodating getting his first appointment on the books, however only two days after rescuing my puppy he came down with kennel cough. The vet went above and beyond to fit us in that day so that he could be treated. I am very pleased with our new relationship. I felt like I could trust the vet and her recommendations. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome good service really nice staff and a good place they will definitely take care of your dog and put it in good shape as well they have a training facility for your dog.

Dr. Balek and her staff are awesome. So kind and compassionate. A small local practice but up to date on all the current medical science. They really care.

Doc Ballek is awesome. My 90lb dog has anxiety and she does great with her. The other girls are great too when Faith needs her nails trimmed.

I have trusted and worked with Dr. Kara and the whole Creekview staff for over 10 years. I trust them with MY life, let alone my pets. While I believe everyone needs to find a veterinarian that fits their needs the best, I can tell you that these people will care and work deeply for the well-being of your pets. This time has been very stressful and hard on this profession, so some patience is needed; any patience and caring you give will be returned 10x. Do not let the “negative” reviews tell you otherwise!

Not only do they car, but they are willing to listen to me and my concerns. For example I don't want to spay my puppy at 6 months, I want to wait a little longer until I'm sure she's fully grown. They understood my position and are willing to work with me. There was no argument over the issue or pressure to spay her now.

Dr. Kara is fantastic. I've never gone to a vet who is so personable and I feel like family when we go in. She calls to check in on my pets after surgery or after my cat had weird parasites, emails out information on diagnosis. So wonderful with my pets.

I am soo happy with the care my cat receives at Creekview! My cat needed an urgent visit recently and the staff said, "bring her right in." My cat was treated with compassion and it was such a relief to know she got thorough testing and the treatment she needed. I recommend Creekview 100%!!!

I can't put into words how great they are. I brought my best friend there. They saw the distress I was in and were so compassionate. As my best friend passed, she allowed me to have a drink. I hugged her because of how well she helped us..all of our future friends will go there. They are the best

Dr. Ballek and her team are great! Very professional in their communication and they take great care of both their clients and their furry patients. Diagnoses come in a timely manner, and Dr. Ballek does a fantastic job of showing empathy and concern while still being able to get the tough jobs done. Wouldn’t want to take my animals anywhere else!

Her compassion and empathy for the owners AND the furry ones is incredible! She has been working tirelessly to provide curbside appointments during this COVID virus to treat your pets as well! Then a storm hits and floods her practice and her own home but continued to provide excellent care! She is patient and kind and will need the same from her clients in return during the time of Covid and flooding and power outages. We love Dr. Kara and her staff! And so will you!

Dr Kara has been helping my furbaby since the day we brought her home - nearly 10 years now. She truly has compassion for every pet she sees. She strives to make them the healthiest and happiest pet alive. She is open and up front with the owners and she takes time to explain options if something more complex occurs. She saved my little girl more than once and we consider her our guardian angel. Her and her staff are amazing. The facility is exceptionally clean and they welcome pets and their families into their hearts. I cannot stress enough the comfort we have with her and will continue to use her for all our furr babies. Our family said goodbye to one our furry members yesterday. From the moment we entered Creekview, we felt nothing but compassion, understanding and concern from Dr. Ballek and Julie. What was one of the most difficult acts we as pet owners must sometimes do was handled with calm reassurance by both. Every detail was seen to, from being escorted promptly to a room with a soft blanket already in place to the lit candle alerting others that someone was saying goodbye to a loved one. Dr. Ballek even had extra treats set out for Harlie, in case she wanted more. Our faithful, loving protector Harlie was gently assisted from this world by two kind individuals with huge hearts. I have nothing but respect and gratitude for this practice and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of veterinary care. Because that's what they do - CARE.

We just brought our cat Lily to see Dr. Ballek over at Creekview Veterinary Hospital for the first time. From start to finish, the cleanliness, professionalism, and facilities were just top notch. Dr. Ballek really knows her stuff and made all of us feel at ease... especially Lily! We have found the vet we were looking for and will be back!
