I always loved this place, even when I was a teenager. My recent stay was pleasant and it seemed like someone was always there to get what you need. Kind of stinks they don't have a laundromat though. I really needed that for a weeks stay.

WOW ! Walked into five guy's restaurant in Lebanon PA and had the best experience that I have had in yrs I'm 60yrs young so when I tell u customer service. Is not it used 2b but upon entering this place young lady was friendly & positive with how can i help u sir when i asked 4 a turkey burger she seemed so sad when she said we dont have this but u can get alot of other things and stared 2 let me know what i could get this was unusual cause once u dont c what u want a other places they walk away not her when i was ready 2 leave she said would u like a grilled cheese i stopped then she said wit Fry's i was in heaven after ordering she asked if i wanted a shake she i was in heaven i just looked on receipt her name is Joselyn D u guys need 2 give her a HUG 4 me. Great service i will be back

While I was not a guest, I had business to take care of in the lobby. The hotel staff was very accommodating and polite. If the rest of the staff is as nice as the front desk, I would highly suggest a visit.

Great stay. Very reasonable rates. Very friendly staff. if we come through this way again, we will definitely stay here.

Decent. The ice was cold so that was cool. Maybe add more smoke rooms that would be lit
