I took my car to Firestone for inspection and they told me it will be over $900 for the things I needed done. I took it to JD Byrider and they did everything for $309. What a big difference. Great customer service and were very understanding. Thank you guys

I bought my car about a year and a half ago start make a sound in the front of my vehicle called up JD by rider and they said bring it in tie rods are under warranty. I almost fell over nobody covers tire rod ends. I don’t know what kind of agreement I have with the service department but it’s top notch. I want to say thank you again to the service department, I had an appointment for Friday which I thought but I was wrong it was actually Thursday the manager said no problem bring it he fix it or his team any happier thank you guys you make it easy for me that’s about keep up the good work

I needed to rebuild my credit and had trouble finding a dealership that would approve a loan. I called byrider and spoke to Pedro. He helped me through the process and I was approved! And each payment I make is increasing my credit number. The car I bought has a 3 year warranty, which in my experience with buying a used car is not usually offered. I have had some problems with the car mechanically, which is a risk with buying used vehicles. A used car dealership has little history on the car, such as, did the previous owner keep up with the required maintenance on the car. However, Bob the service manager addressed all of my concerns, and the mechanical issues were resolved. Bob also took the time to explain exactly what was done. I am very happy with my car!

So far this has been a pleasant experience. The staff is super friendly, relatable and professional. The place and cars we viewed were clean and neat. Pedro was amazing with us! He allowed me to voice my concerns about leasing for the first time and being fearful about a car that will not be reliable since my husband and I use it for work everyday. He made me feel super comfortable with leasing from them. So far, so good.

An employee named Samuel kept in touch with me for days before I went and picked up my new car. Everything I asked for he took care of it. Made the overall experience of buying a car fantastic!!
