Cavaluzzo's Pasta Steak & Subs

Their pizza was really good. The dough had a great flavor, I actually ate the crust which I don't usually do. It was similar to most other small pizza joints but none the less great. There are no fountain drinks, cans only. The woman at the counter allows you to pick your own seat and brings your drinks and your pizza over to you when it's ready. The woman was very friendly. The atmosphere was unlike any other. There is Beatles memorabilia covering the walls along with Beatles songs playing over the speakers. The tables are psychedelic. It was a great experience.

They say don't judge a book by it's cover... The decor doesn't align with the quality of their food. Aside from Switchback, their pizza is the best in Emmaus. Thickness to crust to sauce to cheese ratio is perfect. Cheesesteaks are excellent as well. Hoagie and cheeseburger sub was also tasty. Salads are fresh and their homemade oil & vinegar dressing is classic. Takeout orders are usually ready in 20 minutes.

Supposedly, they make an incredible Sicilian pizza. It's on the menu, but they don't make it anymore. Maybe it's time for a menu update?

Most of all, I disagree with their "Gary Law" NO Mask policy. You can't disregard a government mandate. That's why COVID-19 will never go away...

I used to come to Cavaluzzo’s a lot as a kid with my grandmother. I recently went back and got the same thing I always did as a kid. Their Antipasto Salads are to die for. Everything is so fresh! Coming back at least 13 years later, I was able to enjoy the time I spent there, just like I did as a kid. I will be coming back now since I’m in the area again. I highly recommend them! 😊

This place absolutely blows away any place to come and enjoy the pizza ever with the perfect thinner crust, crispy but not crunchy, yummy sauce and gooey cheese! My dad and I are addicted for sure. Then the surroundings! WIW! I love the Beatles and this place has ALL nostalgia about it. Pictures, posters, covers every inch of the walls- AMAZING. AND NOT TO MENTION playing nothing but their music the entire time! A beautiful time there, extremely family friendly place to go. No mask needed, strike up a conversation, I can't say enough. 👍❤😋

Good quality pizza. Great crispy, thin crust. Cheese blend has good flavor. Bill of rights is posted on the front door. It's astonishing how many people haven't ever read that document. Bonus points for that. Cash only. Can't wait to go back!

I’ve lived in Emmaus for years and had never tried this place. My wife and I wanted pizza from somewhere new and decided to try them out. It was great! The pizza was perfect. Thin crusted but not too crispy, not too much cheese but not lacking either, and generous with the toppings.
We have an extremely picky 5 year old who ate an entire slice which is downright amazing.If you haven’t had Cavaluzzo’s yet, do it!

Awesome pizza and cheesesteaks! Their sauce is made fresh and is AMAZING. Have very cool interior decorating to check out when placing your order. Must try their Sicilian pizza, it is delicious and enough to feed a large family. Very friendly wait staff when eating in their dining section.

Just moved to Emmaus recently and went to Cavaluzzo's last night for a pizza. It was by far the best pizza I have ever had. I give it a five star, but I would give it a ten if I could. Can't wait to go back and try some of their sandwiches also.

I've been going to Cavaluzzo's since I was a little kid. I love their food. Everything I've had is delicious. My favorite is their stromboli. The owner Gary is awesome. It's a small family Pizza shop with a lot of character, esp if you like the Beatles:) and if things are slow Gary might even pick up his guitar while he chats with you. Good food, good people!

New to area....gave it a try. All I can say is DELICIOUS AUTHENTIC ITALIAN FOOD! I thought I was back in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn! The smell. Quality and quantity was like going to Grandma's on Sunday! Excellent, excellent food!

Best pizza in the lehigh valley. I'm from Chicago, but enjoy thin-crust.... both their sicilian and thin crust pizzas are great. If you get the sicilian, they make sure pepperoni are evenly distributed for each slice. Great place.

All their pizza is good. But the cheese is the best cheese in the valley. And we all know that plain cheese is the gold standard, 100 meter dash, 4x4 relay. Gotta have a good plain cheese first, then build off that. Everybody knows the rules. One bite. Everybody knows the rules. 9.2

Great place, if you are into the Beatles its a must see. The pizza is like the Boardwalk pizza you get at the beach. The subs are different too in a very good way. People are very friendly too.

Awesome little place. Only tried pizza but it was good. Also its Beatles themed and has cool trippy pictures all over.

being in the restaurant business for over 30 years. i always look for quality ingredients, flavors and freshness. hands down Cavaluzzo's exceeded my expectations. Gary, Helen and Mike...keep turning out that awesome food!! we will be back again and again!!

Amazing Cheesesteak! They said I would like it and I do. The homemade bread and the finely chopped steak is perfect! Cannot belive it took me so long to get over there and dine! Definately will be back!

The pizza is absolutely delicious. Taste just like NJ/NY style pizza. 😋 can't wait to order again
