Nice little park

July 2023 update: the fence is fixed, the lights are planned to be fixed in the fall. The monkey bars are supposed to be a bit loose. A swing was moved, but an attachment is still broken, may be fixed soon. Some rusty equipment was repainted, vandalism was painted over too. Water fountain was removed but it didn’t work and I guess they aren’t really a thing anymore. Happy to see that Whitehall Township fixed up the park after I wrote to them, it shows they care about the community!

A part of the fence is broken that divides the park and the pool near the back of the park. The lights in the park that come on at night barely work, one fixture goes in and out and the other fixture doesn’t turn on at all and is broken. The monkey bars are loose and start to sag when weight is put on them, seems like some bolts need tightening. There are some swings missing from the pole that’s holding other swings in the front left. Some of the equipment (the one where you stand on it and bounce and it’s like a springy thing) is rusty and there’s minor vandalism on the slides but they can probably be rubbed off. It’s a pretty small park so it’s not surprising to me that it doesn’t receive much maintenance. Overall though, this park is pretty nice. I’ve seen parties held here. There’s also some new mulch near the swings in the front left. This review makes it seem like it’s an awful park but it’s pretty nice.

Really nice park, smaller than some but has nice features, a covered pavilion, serene sitting area, age appropriate play areas, and a swimming pool.

Nice caged in park. Needs some cleaning.

Playground may need a little maintenance.
