Jeff is a competent and thorough realtor. He knows the market and provided guidance on pricing. Jeff took the home interior photos himself, saving me money, and also arranged for drone photos. It sold in two weeks, which I was pleased about, especially considering the season. He utilizes online tools that provide weekly updates on views. He also arranged for two open houses, but didn't need the 2nd one!

Jeff went above and beyond handling the sale of my parents' house in Allentown, which had been a rental for the last 10 years. I live in California and Jeff took care of everything so that I didn't need to travel. A true expert, Jeff identified what needed to be done, and hooked me up with excellent and trustworthy service vendors to get the house ready for sale. Then he secured a solid sale. If you're looking for a realtor in the Allentown area, I highly recommend Jeff!

Jeff is a top notch realtor and was absolutely amazing to work with. He is extremely personable, professional and patient. When we started to feel overwhelmed about putting our family home on the market, Jeff was able to come over same day for a sit down and alleviate some of the fears/aniexty we had. He was extremely easy to get a hold of whenever we had questions and never judged our lack of skill with technology. Jeff and his office really make it easy to sell a home and treat you with the upmost respect. Overall, the best choice as a seller's agent.
