Autoproved Service Center

I didn't have the greatest experience with the dealership, but I have nothing but good things to say about the service center. Their technician Matt is THE BEST! As a woman, you're not always taken seriously in the car world, but Matt always takes care of my car and listens to every one of my questions and concerns. The guys at the front desk are also great. I generally only need to come in every 3 months for an oil change, and every time, they're so nice!! I'm so grateful for them and the care that they give my car to keep it running for me throughout the year.

Needed part (CV joint) that even dealer said was "Supply Chain Problem". I had warranty from 3rd party vendor covering repair. Autoproved contacted vendor, took care of required paperwork, found the part and repaired my car - all in one day. Shop is neat and clean too. Great service.

They’re great!!!! I came across their coupons on Groupon a few months back and used them for my inspection. Completely Painless! They’re customer service is Fantastic! And they work hard to make sure they get the job done promptly and accurately. They don’t treat their customers like they’re just “work;” They actually care about them. I don’t trust very many people with my car being that I have a young child but from the 1st day that I walked in there they won me over and have gained not only my trust but a loyal relationship and I have gone there for everything that I needed since then. They have become my go to garage and I am so thankful that I found somewhere that I feel comfortable going now. Thank you guys for everything!!! If you enjoy being treated like you matter …. I've trusted both vehicles in my household to AUTOproved Service and have been nothing short of pleased every time! Everyone from the owner to the mechanics have been so knowledgeable, so kind and very clear with the work they perform. The guys at Pit Stop take good care of my old Civic to keep her up and running without gouging my bank account! I'm always cautious of being taken advantage of at auto places, but the people here are honest and give you the best deal they can. They also won't do anything that isn't absolutely necessary and run everything by me before doing any extra work to my car. I had a lot of issues with my car when getting an inspection today, and the employees were honest about my options. Be sure to look for their Groupon deals for the best price!

The employees at the service center are the very best. They give great service and explain what’s wrong and what needs to be done and the action needed to be taken. Also when they tell you your car will be ready they are always on time.

I just moved into town, and needed a place to replace a flat tire. Found Pit Stop due to their good ratings, and after being serviced by Chuck and the team, they have made me a new regular. Chuck was very professional and straight forward with me. I really appreciated his honesty. Definitely go here to get your car serviced.

Its hard to find a good mechanic that doesn't talk to you like you know nothing. This is not the case at Pit Stop, they are always friendly and willing to schedule you in even when they are busy. They have a great attitude and are willing to show you what's wrong with your car, unlike the big car dealership mechanics. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a mechanic for a decent price.

These guys are wonderful! Very professional and accommodating. Prices are fair and the service is quick. They also have a groupon deal right now, $29 for complete vehicle emissions inspection. Can't beat it. I will definitely be back.

Excellent service! I came there today for inspection due to finding a Groupon and seeing other reviews. The service was excellent. Chuck was very friendly with a great sense of humor. I didn't have to wait terribly long and I wasn't scammed into paying for extra repairs. I would definitely go back and feel that the employees earned my trust. Thank you!

The valve stem core on my tire disappeared. Took it in, they got the right piece delivered and installed quickly. The tech even made sure my tire pressure light went away. Very nice staff, recommended.

I came a little early for my inspection today and got serviced right away. They also helped me to access my Groupon coupon since I had printed out the wrong information at home. I truly appreciated the extra effort they went to in order to honor my coupon. I will definitely keep Pit Stop in mind for my future service needs.

Great service, amazing people. My family and I are from NY and took a family day trip to Dorney Park on 7/24/17. On our way to the park my son blew a tire and while we were at the park I googled where to get a new tire before we made the trip back to NY. Pit stop Tire and Auto Center had amazing reviews so I decided to give them a call to check if they had my tire size available. The gentleman over the phone (Jeff) took my tire size information and called me back when he located my tire. When I arrived to Pit Stop Tire and Auto Center the tire size I had given Jeff was incorrect. Jeff went above and beyond to get me the correct tire size. He took a trip to Pep Boys to get me a new tire under the pouring rain and then the mechanic replaced my tire. All this took place minutes before they were due to close for the day and Jeff, Denise and the mechanic worked until my tire was replaced so that I would make it back to NY safely. I highly recommend Pit Stop Tire and Auto Center because the folks here are the real deal and give new meaning to the word humanitarians. Thank You Guys for getting us home safe in the pouring rain.

Being a new resident to Pennsylvania, I was extremely apprehensive about finding a mechanic to trust with my vehicles. After reading Pit Stop’s reviews, I decided to give them a shot. Let me begin by saying……They will not disappoint. As soon as I walked into the shop I was greeted with a smile and sense of urgency to have me vehicles looked at. Further, Abbas (Owner) and Chuck (Service Manager) were professional, knowledgeable and allowed me to take advantage of a discount that I knew nothing about. It is very refreshing to deal with an honest shop who sincerely puts your best interest at heart. I am officially a loyal Pit Stop customer and will continue to drive 50 miles to have my vehicles serviced with this team. -sam

My boyfriend and I love this place! Their staff is amazing and very nice. Theyre always honest and have great prices, they won't rip you off. They try their best to help you, they really do. We go here for all of our car problems and know that we're in the best hands every time. We appreciate everything they do for us and even waitied for us even though the shop was closing. Great people!

They do a multi-point inspection with a full service oil change which i thought was excellent. Very clean and safe environment. Showed me what was wrong with it and were honest. I appreciate the honesty because so many shops these days are about making sales. I am truly impressed with the business.

Pleasantly surprised! I went in with a Groupon for an oil change, pretty standard. But then when they told me they could do my inspection also at Groupon pricing, I couldn’t believe it. Ended up with a full synthetic oil change and inspection for ~$90! Most oil changes I’ve had have been more than that. They’ve definitely earned my business...found my local mechanic!
