Good Jakes Restaurant

Did a Sunday drive with my family. Googled places to eat near me. Good Jake’s popped up with good reviews. That was an understatement. The restaurant was cute. Prices are inexpensive for the quantity of food. The service was great. Maria was so sweet and gave a recommendation for the chicken Gyro and my husband loved it. A small business with a big outcome.

Great little family place with ice cream as an extra bonus! We had breakfast items and sandwiches as well as kids meals. Everyone really enjoyed their food and the service was excellent! Our servers were very friendly and the owner went to each table to check up on customers. Friendly atmosphere with good food! I’m so glad we decided to stop!

We had a large group for breakfast and we were not rushed. The food was excellent and out waitress was so good!

Had a great takeout dinner! My boyfriend and I tried it for the first time and it was delicious! Our order took a bit longer than expected however the staff was very friendly and conversational as I was waiting and kept providing updates of what was being done and how long the wait would be yet. Next is to try the breakfast!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and Good Jakes was kind enough to host our group of 25. They were even willing to stay open a little late when our game was delayed. Friendly and casual. Great service, great food.

We come here for breakfast often and frequently order take out for lunch/dinner. The service has always been great. The food is reasonably priced and delicious.

My husband and I just had lunch it is delicious! The place is super cute! The corn nuggets were perfect!! Mozzarella sticks are so good!! Nicely breaded the burger was juicy not greasy we’re definitely going back!!!

We just ate there on our way home from the beach and we loved it!!!! The food was delicious!!! It was a super cute place with great history!! Such a quaint little town and restraint! The owner/chef even came out and talked to us, he was so sweet!! Everyone there was very nice and helpful!!
We plan to make this our stop on our way home from the beach every year now!!

Food is excellent at a.good price. We have tried breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nice atmosphere to start or finish your day with. Cocktails as well. Wonderful little gem!

Full disclosure. Angelo is part of my family and has been cooking for us at holidays for years. Everyone in the family always commented on how great his food was. So when he opened Good Jakes I started supporting him as much as possible. I’ve tried just about everything from burgers to prime rib, salads to eggplant parmesan and his food is amazing. His prices are very reasonable and like others have said, very generous size portions. He was working on opening before Covid hit which delayed things 5 months and is now working like crazy to make a go of it. So if you’re looking for great food at reasonable prices give him a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Good Jake's prepared a luncheon for 35 friends and relatives. There was plenty of food, assorted sandwiches both hot and cold and salads and drinks. Everyone commented on the freshness and how good it was. I would highly recommend Good Jake's.

The Coopersburg Historical Society would like to thank Good Jakes for hosting our annual members meeting. The Society needed a location to serve about 20 people and Good Jakes fit the bill. Angelo Loucareas, owner and chef, provided our group with a buffet of chicken, beef, and all the side dishes to fill the hungriest guests. Hosting our meeting at Good Jakes was the perfect opportunity to discuss present and future business for the historical society and support a local business. Angelo, born in Greece, and proprietor of many restaurants over the years, informed our group that a “Good Jake” is the highest honor a fireman can be given for bravery and performing well under pressure. The restaurant name seems appropriate associated with the Coopersburg Fire Hall.

The Coopersburg Historical Society would like to thank Good Jakes for the good food and hospitality we received during our annual meeting. We look forward to the opportunity to do it again!

Very friendly, and cleanest safest environment I’ve seen in a family restaurant ever. Currently waiting on their food for to go and I can’t wait to come back again! Definitely recommend to anybody dining in or out. ❤

Food is excellent, I had the stuffed shrimp, service was excellent and quick, atmosphere was very pleasant, this is a great place to go in coopersburg. Thank you chef Angelo for opening your great restaurant in our small town.

Great new place easy to find in Coopersburg! Right on Main Street... very tasty and made to order with phenomenal portions and VERY reasonable prices! Oh, and live music Saturday nights that provides a wonderfully romantic and family friendly backdrop!

Ordered chicken croquettes, mashed potatoes, lobster bisque soup. It was a great meal. Try the cheesecake for dessert. You won't be disappointed.
