If you need anything- ask for Paige!!!!! She is so helpful. I think she used to work for the bonton but she is a h&m girlie now. This store keeps this mall alive, I wish they could expand and add a home department- would be so cool. The window display is always inspiring me to get a cool trendy outfit. I love shopping for everyone in my family here, they cover everyone’s needs!! I even got organic cotton buds and a cute lint roller! Those checkout aisles get ya every time LOL. Can’t wait to come back and see everyone!!!! Xoxo

Really impressed with my experience today at the Wyoming Valley Mall H&M. I needed some guidance finding a business casual outfit. Rachel assisted me for a half hour recommending different options and really has an eye for men's style. She was kind and professional and I was grateful for her assistance. The manager was also warm and friendly. Thank you!

I always have such a wonderful shopping experience here! The staff is so attentive and welcoming, especially their manager Hannah! That girl can really put together a nice look. If you’re looking for a place to shop well and feel good, this is it!

I honestly love this store. All their clothes fit me well it’s very clean compared to other H&M‘s that I’ve been to this one is the nicest I’ve ever been to. staff is always very nice and sweet. They are always very helpful.

I enjoy this store, it's pretty empty nowadays but it's kinda nice. Anthony was espesally helpful agreeing to let me return a pair of pants that didn't fit me that were past the date allowed. I seriously appreciate it. I'll be returning, thanks dude.
