Bank of America (with Drive-thru services)

I always have a lot of banking for work when I come in, and they are always incredibly patient and professional. They are usually quite busy, but they always handle it well with smiles on their faces and do everything they can to get everyone taken care of as quickly as possible.

What a Wonderful experience. I had to close my accounts because of the distance of BOA to my home. The teller was quick and knowledgeable. We then waited a short while to resolve an issue with my credit card. Again the gentleman was was extremely knowledgeable answering not only my questions but my fiancé’s. He helped me resolve my online banking issues in a matter of minutes.These folks are what courtesy and just old fashioned customer service is about!!

My wife and I made an appointment online to meet with a banker to obtain signature guarantees. The staff was very knowledgeable and completed all our documents. We were very pleased with the service.

The customer service at this branch, in my opinion, is top notch. The business we needed to complete is normally done at the desks they have seperate from tellers but the teller at this branch actually started the process at her counter and then we finished off at the manager desk. Having gone to the branch at Hellertown where we did not get the same service made this review easy to write. We went in to see Jason the bank manager today to open a new account because the service here was great. Great customer service is a dying art but this branch hasn't forgotten how to deliver it.

The best place to have an account . They have a great staff. Very friendly and very happy staff. You have a litter inconvenience and they resolver in a minute. Good company to have you money secure. If you need a house they help you to get a Pre- approve letter and more. They have good CD also.

Keshia was extremely helpful when I visited the bank. She helped me take care of my business quickly with a detailed explanation as to the process. She was wonderful! :-)
