Never bought with Jeff, but I worked at Weis and he came in and robbed us of our hot dog warmer. oh well, nice guy tho. He also made his kid give him a good review on here thought id help too.

My fiancé and I are first time homebuyers, Jeff was the only realtor I was comfortable going to. He sold my mom her house and he helped her every step of the way with excellent service and spent everyday and every night making sure the process was smooth and worry free. Jeff showed us potential listings on time and walked us through explaining details we would have never even of thought it. When we found our house we wanted, we put the offer in that night. The next day we had a deal done, and a month later we were moving into our house. Settlement only took 30 minutes!!! Couldn’t have gone any better. If I were you looking for a house I wouldn’t go to anyone except Jeff. -Isaiah

Jeff has rented my townhouse for the past few years. I’m not in the state and he’s gone WAY above and beyond by helping out w repairs and working with the HOA to support me.

Jeff Torchia also sold my last PA house and did an excellent job for me. I’ve worked with dozens of realtors over the past 30 years and no one has come close to Jeff. He office staff is on top of things too. As soon as I call they are on top of this things.

Wonderful service

He overpromised and under delivered in a lot of ways. His pompous attitude definitely soured this process. I would absolutely suggest finding someone else to handle your real estate needs.

This is my first house ever, I was very lucky to be in a position to buy it without asking for loan and I ended up in my now beautiful house.
But as a first time big house owner I should have had a lot of questions that I have learned to answer myself through a lot of pain and a lot of EXTRA expenses to get the house the way I wanted.
Jeff's way to do business was just to make the sale and get the commission. I expected my realtor to have my back and help me foresee potential dangerous situations including, problems with my leaking roof, my basement flooding and major electrical issues. The house still has the hidden/covered smell from the pets from the previous owners, to witch he stated "an easy fix".
All he cares about is his money, not you as a costumer, I expected to have someone in my corner and he was in a whole corner of his own. Do not hire his services if you do not want to end up spending thousandths of dollars after because of things that an honest and experienced realtor SHOULD do for you as your representative in the negotiation process.
Stay away form him and his dad given business.
