My wife and daughter got their haircut here and both had great experience. We had a wait a little and they were extremely apologetic. We will be returning .

The BEST! Dani is such an amazing artist - I had a Balayage done on my long, black hair and it turned out fantastic! The service is also lovely. Dani and his staff are amazing - 5 stars

I have only written one other review in my life but after my visit a few days ago, I cannot possibly say enough good things about this salon and Dani, in particular. To add a bit of context, I have been to many many different salons with experiences ranging from great to bad. I am very picky about my color and have been mostly loyal to aveda or natural color lines. I also usually come in with pictures and have a whole thing ready to help communicate what i want with stylists. Dani is an absolute miracle worker. I felt my hair was too dark and not quite the right color before my visit. Not only did he know the exact technique and color combination to produce such a gorgeous outcome (all within a short period of time) but nailed the shade, intensity and everything else within my first visit. My hair/color has genuinely never looked better. He is a true artist and I cannot recommend enough. The salon itself was also lovely and other staff were great as well.

The atmosphere was pleasant and friendly. My stylist, Ryan, made sure to take the time to understand exactly what kind of style I wanted. He paid attention to detail and made sure not to take off more hair then I was comfortable with. I was so happy with the results at the end of my appointment!

I love Evolve! I was having a hard time finding a new salon as I am new to the area. I gave this place a try and I’m glad I did! The receptionist is always very nice. I get many reminders of upcoming appointments, which I appreciate. My stylist Q is amazing, very professional and personable. She listened to what I wanted and needed, then came up with a plan to get my hair healthy again and she did just that. I always leave my appointments feeling great and loving my hair!

Two weeks ago I stopped by asking for haircut price and I was lucky they had an appointment for one hour later. They assigned Allison for my haircut she's so nice and I showed her a picture and she got really fast the idea what I wanted.
The salon is expensive but you get an amazing job.
The haircut is 65 and you get an scalp massage, hand massage and the products smelled so good for me was like heaven.
Three clients before me got out fabulous and with a smile for me it means is a great place.

I LOVE Evolve! I’ve been coming to the salon for over a year now. I never have trouble getting an appointment when I need it. Everyone is wonderful and pleasant and very helpful. Briana is perfect! She is very sweet and professional with great ideas for my hair. I always look terrific when I leave😁

I walked into the salon, not quite knowing what I wanted but knowing that I wanted a change. My appointment was with Dani, the owner. He figured out what I wanted and gave me the best color/highlight combo I could have ever asked for and I loved the cut, as well. Everyone there was super nice and the experience was amazing! I cannot wait to go back!

Very happy with the highlights, cut and service overall. What sets Evolve apart from many other salons I've been to is how gentle they are on my hair. Dani and his staff were professional and considerate.

This place is amazing! It’s so hard to find a good salon and spa around this area but this place is the best! I have been there 4 times in the past few months and every time I’ve been there I leave extremely happy and feeling fantastic. The salon is super clean and decorated beautifully. Everyone there is so nice and very welcoming. I suffer with anxiety so it’s very difficult for me to be out in public let alone to sit in a chair for a long time to have my hair done. I was so happy that I went to Evolve because I was blessed to get Laura as my stylist and she is so sweet and She made me feel so comfortable. I felt like I was talking to a good friend rather than someone I just met. I absolutely just adore her. I feel so comfortable when I’m there that now I go every 6 weeks. :) I love talking to Laura while she does my hair she truly makes feel so comfortable and my anxiety completely goes away. Talking to her is like therapy for me it’s great!!!! Thank you to everyone there you all are doing an amazing job! Keep up the good work. You definitely have gained a lifelong client with me.

I was really nervous about trying a new salon, but decided to give Evolve a shot since I live so close by. And I'm glad I did! Dani does such a great job with my color and cut. I always feel relaxed while I'm there (the hand massage certainly helps with that!), and I always leave happy.

Had a very bad experience with one worker at this salon last month. Since then the owner of the salon and his team members worked very hard to fix my hair and make it look beautiful for my upcoming Wedding. The owner Dani didn’t quit until I was 100% satisfied with my hair. I love the ombré color that Dani did and highly recommend him to anyone.

I’ve been going to Evolve for years! They always do a fabulous job with my hair! Currently, Alyssa is doing it and she is AMAZING! Also, everyone is very friendly and I love the extra hand massage you get while you are getting conditioner!! :) Nice touch! Elaine gives absolutely the most wonderful facial I have EVER gotten! And when I have mentioned her to other people, I’m amazed how many people already know her and how awesome she is!! You just MUST get a facial from her! Overall, I love evolve and used to hop around from salon to salon, but since going here...i’ve finally found a salon to stay at!!!

Dani is wonderful! He really takes the time to listen and discuss what you want for your hair. I rarely like everything about a hair service, but twice now I've loved everything -- the cut, the color, and how Dani styled my hair. It's clear he's an expert in his field and knows how to customize your cut and color to suit your unique hair. I've been really happy and will definitely be back.

Dani did an amazing balayage on my natural hair color! It was a great experience and he created the perfect color!! I will definitely be back for my hair with Dani and eyebrow threading with Sally. Very happy I found this salon so close to home!

I went in with a terrible mess on my hair. And when I saw how bad it truly was I could have cried. My amazing stylist Christine fixed it and worked for 5 Hours to correct it. I was so impressed with her and the the company. I will def be coming back, and I’m so thankful she was able to work some magic! She was amazing!

Moved here from AZ where I spent 7.5 years with the same stylist. Love(d) her! If your ever in Scottsdale/Arcadia, look up Jen Dew at Dylan's Salon. But if you're here in Indy, I can now recommend (over 4 experiences) Emily at Evolve. I spent over a year looking for a good fit (mostly to cut my hair like a magician!) but also pleasant to be around. I'm not a big fan of drama queens--male or female. She's extremely nice, down to earth and about her business. And, it's nice to have someone pamper you--love the shampoo experience! Not inexpensive (men's cut) for Indianapolis, but Emily is worth it! A week after my cut I will find myself still admiring her work.

Excellent experience from start to finish. From entering the spa I was greeted warmly and checked in. I was quickly met and brought back for a wonderful facial that made me feel pampered and relaxed. The facial was excellent! The check out was quick and easy and I will be back!

As always, the experience is very nice and professional. The salon is very clean and everyone works together to make the client feel comfortable. Most importantly, I am very happy with my haircut and color. I'm never disappointed.

I Love this Aveda Concept Salon. Brianna is my personal favorite stylist. She keeps my hair style updated and my hair healthy. She also colors my eyebrows and shapes them. Liz does a wonderful job of of tinting my eyelashes on my super sensitive eyes. The Monday appointments are a plus and the location is convenient and fun.
