Cannot say enough good things about Joe and his team. Got to a campsite on a spare having experienced a blowout on my camper. Called Highland’s, spoke to Joe and told him what I needed. Five hours later his repair person was here with two new tires and a new rim. One hour later work was done and we can enjoy the rest of our camping trip. I consider the cost very reasonable. Don’t hesitate to call these people.

The service provided by the manager was awesome, they also have just done some renovation work and have a very nice waiting room. I went there to get some used tires I'd just bought mounted and I got a very fair price of about $65 all told for 4 tires mounted and balanced. This pricing was much cheaper than any other shop I'd called in the area to check prices on mount and balance.

Had a great experience here last week when I unexpectedly had a tire issue on the Northeast Extension. I called around to several places trying to find someone who had a replacement tire in stock. Highlands was recommended to me by another shop (Dan's) right down the road. Highlands did not have the tire I needed available at the time I called, but given it was an emergency situation, the manager was kind enough to make a special trip to get one for me. As soon as my car limped in, it was immediately taken to the bay. I had a new tire and was on my way about 30 minutes later! I'm very thankful they were able to fit me in and get me back on the road to my destination so quickly; not sure what I would have done without them! One note is that the sign outside says STTC rather than Highlands; my understanding is that it's all the same place. Thanks so much to the Highlands/STTC team!

They sometimes get overwhelmingly busy but they will make things right!
