Janet Miller was exceptional in the time that I was lucky enough to use her services back when I was living in Pennsylvania. My mom and I first met her in 2012, when my mom was in danger of not getting her tax return in by the extension date and did not have a vast majority of the documents needed on her nor had the ability to access IRS support due to government shutdown at the time. In a serendipitous coincidence, Janet's office happened to be just across the street from the apartment complex we were living in at the time. Janet was so understanding and managed to piece together everything needed without missing a beat.

From there, we could always depend on her to get our tax returns in efficiently with no irregularities to follow up on at a very affordable price. She even assisted me with completing FASFA paperwork that I had to do to get financial aid in undergrad, which really simplified the process.

As my mom's health declined and she was unable to directly file her taxes anymore, Janet was flexible with seamlessly adapting to working through my mom's power of attorney.

I self-file now in my current state, but I would 100% continue working with her if I was still in Pennsylvania. She is a gem and I would highly recommend her.

So appreciate your help over the last 15 years.

Don’t know what changed with Janet. First year she was nice. Second year she was EXTREMELY rude for no reason. She seemed miserable and annoyed at any questions I asked, and her responses were so dry and short as if I was severely inconveniencing her life. My apt was maybe a total of 2 minutes because any answers she gave me were one worded with no explanation. I should’ve taken my taxes back and gone elsewhere. Never again.
