Best Dr, she reviewed your file before seeing you. She listened to you and fought for the best treatment. I am truly saddened by her retirement and will only pray I find another Dr half as good as Dr Jen!

I had dr. Ciambotti for several years and she was the best! Always took care of me and my best interests. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor

Dr. Ciambotti was absolutely wonderful. She would review your chart before coming in so she was prepared. She would do all she could for you and if she didn’t recall something she was quick to research it. She was very personable and caring. I will miss her.

Doctor canceled DAY OF appoitment scheduled a month in advance with no prior contact via phone or email, no notice until showing up to appointment as scheduled. Wasted scheduling time off work, overpriced taxi round trip of $50. In attempting to just find a stable primary care provider as a new patient. Caused a very distressing morning for someone in need of stable care and medication refill from gap in health care access. And a LARGER GAP IN HEALTH CARE ACCESS. The next available pcp not in this poorly mamaged facility is an estimated 3 weeks. So thats 2 months before I will see a doctor to get the help and medications I need.

All the other reviews are true. Scheduled my appointment 2 months ago was canceled an hour and a half before appointment. Horrible.

I was a patient of the Dr.’s and her fathers since I was 18. She is an excellent physician, but I had an altercation with one of her staff. The Dr. was misinformed by the time she walked into my room for my 3 month check up. I was then dismissed for incorrect information that was told to the Dr. from the medical assistant. I loved her as a Dr. but I’ve had health issues. Not only do you have to have be a fantastic Dr. you also have to have an outstanding medical assistant.
I am disappointed, but in the end it is their loss. I would have stayed with her till she retired. When information is miscommunicated, it’s all down hill from there. Exceptionally disappointed in her and her medical assistant.

The staff is terrible. They are rude and incompetent. I left the practice a year ago because of the staff and they put on my record that I was dismissed as a non-compliant patient. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because even after I contacted the office manager, she refused to correct the issue. Apparently you cannot leave the practice without having your record tarnished.

She always reschedule. 3 months later ill find a different dr.

I wouldn't recommend going there if you have an issue you are being seen for and then have another issue they tell you to make another appointment and because of the nasty winter weather I couldn't get out to have my coumindin level checked so I stopped taking it planned on taking it again soon as the weather broke but I got a nasty letter from there so I just had to find another pcp
