I was in a rush for a last second decision gift that my son needed help with to get for his girlfriends birthday wich was the next day. He was outta town and idk what came over him but he decided after 7yrs of being with her to get an engagement ring. I was thrilled ! Thank God Penny's stays open till 8pm all the other stores closed at 7pm. A very nice extremely helpful and patient young man helped me and my son with the process of selecting a ring. I had to take pics send it to my son he would let me know if he liked it are not. This went on for a little while. And all along the young man was kind & patient. Then a ring was chosen. Paid for and on my merry way I went. Needless to say the next day will be a birthday celebration that will never be forgotten. Thanks to JC.Penny.

The lady at the front register was tremendously helpful today. If she did not ask me the questions that she did and if she was not as polite as she most definitely was then I would not have purchased the boots that I left the store with.

Have a large selection of many items I am searching for. Staff very helpful!

This store is well stocked, but not very many people shopping. Sad if it closes. Very few places to shop any more.

The salespeople and floor personnel are very nice and helpful. This has been one of my favorite stores to shop,because of staff and a willingness to always help.

Had my hair done by Melanie in the salon and I have ABSOLUTELY found my new stylist!!! She did an astounding job and gave me exactly what I asked for and then some!! I've already got an appointment with her for my mom this weekend!!

Hermitage location. Escalator was down. Had to use elevator to go upstairs once we found it.
Clearance sales found two pair pants for husband. Total under $10. He needs casual style with pocket zippers as he has trouble with hands and fingers.
Spent much time in fitting room and bought several things. Some were spring things on sale ...some were clearance. Happy!

Went to buy shoes for work, but there were so many sales on winter apparel that my sister and I purchased some items for next winter. Even Christmas gifts. Yes I said it. Hey the discounts were deep. Cannot pass it up. Boots also. Definitely will go back again.

Always love the deals they have here. They put a Sephora department inside the Hermitage location I did not know about. While I was in shopping for my wife today I saw tons of nice SALES. Make sure to stop and check them out.

They had exactly what I needed (Dockers pants) at a good price. FYI the web site shows them opening at 10am, it's actually 11am. It wasn't crowded at all and all the employees were very helpful and nice.

Micheal the Manager in the bedding/ mattress goes out of his way to make sure your happy and always very helpful and a very nice guy next time I need something I will buy from him again Great experience an awesome person

One of the cashiers was helping a particularly difficult (and clearly hard to please) customer. She remained so friendly, helpful, and didn't seem flustered at all! It's rare for me to run across a rude employee there.

It's a store with very expensively apparel. $45 for two pa pages of underwear. One was even half off. I saw jeans o. Sale too. About 38$ to 55$ a pair. That is just hideously expensive to my wallet. Why did I shop there? I don't want to shop at wal.art.

Best selection of merchandise left at this mall. Good variety of sale items with a lot of stuff 75% off. Employees were helpful and friendly.

Spectacular selection of activeware for summer at amazing sale prices! By utilizing coupons I'm able to increase my savings even more. I also love their selection of bathroom towels, shower curtains and rugs. Spring is a great time to overhaul color schemes throughout the house. A fresh coat of paint will complete your look.

I had a wonderful shopping experience here, I'm picky about my tennis shoes and they had an ample selection to choose from. I also found other things on sale that I hadn't even planned on buying. The sales staff were courteous and helpful.
