Was very nervous, I was in pain ;however I didn’t have a thing to worry about. Wonderful Doctor even did something to my foot so I wouldn’t feel the shot that numbed my toe, this doctor was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable, and his receptionist couldn’t have been nicer I had a problem and I let her know she called me 2 days later when she had a. Cancellation could not have had a better experience.

This group really knows feet.!! From check in to completion , the experience was far better than I anticipated. The good doctor was able to numb my toe using a needle that was only a foot long, then cut the ingrown part out. It was neat to watch. I would recommend Valley to anyone looking for great professional foot care. Well done Doctor, well done.

Friendly and easy to talk to. No long waits to get an appointment and at the office they get you in and out rather quickly. Very honest and straightforward with you. Best foot doctor around!

1st time there experience was exceptional was very friendly and professional from the front desk to Dr. Chuba who took excellent care of me and answered all my questions.

Went to them about 7 months ago. They lied to me, told me that they mixed up my chart because someone else born in 1921 had the same name as me, exactly. Yes, he literally looked at me and insisted that I was born 93 years ago. I know that's false, because there's very few Mihalcins, and my husband is related to all of them. The Dr was late for appointments, lied about how long it would take to get orthotics, how my insurance worked, all of it. Went to someone else and within 6 weeks had orthotics in my shoes.

I just read his reply, and I find it interesting that he thought there was humor involved. I was not laughing. If he was telling the truth about how my insurance worked, then how did I get my orthotics in 6 weeks from another doctor, without lying, and without a copay? I didn't have to wait 2 months just to tell the insurance company "hey, she needs these." I don't appreciate him implying that me, my doctor, or the specialist that took my imprint lied.

Not only that but my other doctor immediately began treating my pain, didn't leave me with "keep taking what you're taking." which obviously wasn't working.

I've been to VERY busy doctors that have had a much, much larger practice and never had my charts mixed up. Not only that, but the appointment where he messed up my charts was my second appointment. He not only completely forgot me, he insisted that I was there to trim my toenails, and that I had seen his WIFE the last time I was there. He dead square looked at me without a hint of humor or irony and rattled off a birthday in 1921. I was dumbfounded. THERE IS NO ONE WITH MY EXACT NAME IN THE UNITED STATES. Don't believe me? Search for yourself. When I went to my PCP's office that day and explained why I wanted a new referral, even the receptionist couldn't believe her ears. I had a new referral within the hour. As a matter of fact, the new doctor was speechless when I told him.

As for his lateness, not even his receptionist knew where he was.

On a final note, how on earth does a doctor have worse spelling and grammar than me?
