He has always helped us and has been very honest with us since day one. We have been coming here for a very long time and Sam is so professional and so kind to us. Sorry I switched to Consumer Cellular and then Spectrum Mobile. Spectrum Mobile didn't tell me I was buying a phone, and when I lost it with no insurance, I had to pay the balance and start over again with only having the phone for two months. What waste, I could of had my phone for four months with Cricket if I just went back to them! I never had a problem with them, just thought Consumer Cellular was cheaper, when in the long run it was costing me more.... "I'm back"... Lol

So quick and thorough! I didn't leave the store until the associate knew I was comfortable and satisfied with my new phone..very pleased with the service here!
