Vey's Pub & Grille

Was in town for a night , was only place open with real food . Definitely was fantastic choice !! My husband and sister and brother in law got the western burger and I got chicken wrap we shared a hot pretzel with cheese !
Everything was delicious will definitely visit again !!

Every dish I've ever tried here has been excellent.
Even their side salads... definitely not some weak little salad. It's a REAL salad!
Lettuce, cucumber, tomato, shredded cheese, BACON & the best house balsamic dressing too.

We love Vey's!
We recently moved to the area and wondered into Vey's (pub side) for happy hour one night. We were pleasantly greeted by live music, a full bar, and tvs for my husband to watch the game. I got an orange mule, he got a Miller Lite and both were good! I could taste the alcohol but it wasn't overwhelming.
We ordered the hot peppers and pita chips. The chips looked to be house made and were delicious! Peppers had a good kick and had us going back in for more. I got one of the chef's special, salmon over a vegetable medley with a side salad. 2 6oz planks were more than enough to feed me twice! The medley was different than I have ever seen; peas (which I don't prefer but were amazing), little baby onions (maybe pearl onions?) caramelized and sweet, green beans, and squash. Absolutely delicious that night and the next day! My husband got a pizza burger, that was cooked to his liking, and perfectly fried fries!
Our meal was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was great! We are looking forward to our next visit to Vey's! 10/10 would go again!

I loved it. Great service. Awesome food. Jambalaya was awesome. Nice size portion and great pricing.

Extra points go to any eatery that offers outdoor dining. But get there early on Trivia Night Tuesdays (as we happened to, grabbing a snack of lobster bisque/crunchy fries and chicken sandwich with kettle chips between appointments): The parking lot filled between 4:30 and 5 p.m. 👍

Vey's is a best kept secret of Hermitage. I have never had to wait for a table here yet the food is excellent! I especially love their salads, very hearty. While I love having the place to myself, if you live in the area get over to Vey's and enjoy the atmosphere!

From start to finish, our dining experience was phenomenal! Our service was so friendly and fast but most of all, everything was hot and downright delish. We had the green fried tomatoes (so yummy) and our pork chop and filet were cooked to perfection. The presentation of every dish was served beautifully and you can tell they take pride every time a plate comes out of the kitchen. Cannot wait to come back and try everything else on the menu!

Very clean, cool, restaurant with a great bar. Had the mushroom Swiss burger w grilled onions. Highly recommend. A lot of drink choices w friendly , attentive bartenders and staff.

We've eaten at Vey's twice so far & we highly recommend the place. The menu is a good selection of apps, entrees & sandwiches. I would describe it as a casual upscale atmosphere. Cozy decor with 360 degree fireplace in the center. The service is excellent. There is plenty of parking in the flat, paved lot, leading into a level entry. Although there's a slight down ramp into the restaurant, I would rate it handicap accessible. There is also an adjoining bar. Five stars all the way!

Burgers were excellent, house made chips great and service was outstanding! The outside was deceiving, but we'd definitely stop again if we're in the area. The patio didn't have much ambiance, but they did the best they could and hey - they have a patio!

I've never had a bad experience here. Great food, great bar, great atmosphere.

We had a larger group, reservations was/is a great idea for a Friday night. Food was yummy, our server was great, friendly and fun. I had a Friday night special, battered fish with coleslaw and Mac n cheese. Large piece of fish, good coleslaw and delicious cheesey, creamy Mac n cheese. Delicious!

Courtesy of a listing on Happy Cow, a plant-based food restaurant guide app, we found Vey’s, due to its inclusion of vegan options. And the one my partner had tasted very good, a vegan chicken sandwich. We split an order of fried green tomatoes, which were excellent by themselves, generously breaded and not at all oily, served with (on the side, for my partner's sake) real crab meat, blue cheese dressing, an incredible balsamic vinegar reduction and chives. I got the non-vegan spoils, which made the appetizer all the more delectable.

For my meal I had the shrimp Po boy, stuffed with shrimp and the works, on a perfectly toasted half-foot bun, served with a spicy tartar sauce.

We're not local to Sharon, we just had an errand to run and had been looking for lunch when we were done, but the restaurant, for all its being a bar, definitely had some unusual offerings for a bar and grille. Our server, a very attentive and efficient college student, made it all the more enjoyable.

We ate on the patio, which connects through, rather than to, the bar, making waitstaff have to go the long way around to serve. Make sure you tip well for their trouble.

My husband took me for my birthday. Dishes were filling. Couldn't eat dessert and waitress paid for my dessert because it was my birthday. So I took it with me, with half my sandwich and homemade potato chips. We will go back.
Waitress had the fireplace lit for us.

Friendly service. Great food. Business casual atmosphere. Would recommend it to family and friends.

Vey's has always been a pleasant experience. The very first time we were there the bartender (assuming the owner) engaged us in a conversation regarding flavored whiskey and offered us a sample of a selection ... A true gentleman. The food has always been consistently well prepared, of decent portion and quick service. On my last most recent visit I had their cheese ravioli in their homemade Alfredo sauce and it was amazing. And finally enough Alfredo sauce to go with all of the ravioli!! Their cheese plate can't be beat. I can't wait to go back!! Their drink selection is profoundly one of the best in the area (I wish they had a grape martini ... But I'll work on that). Whether you choose their large bar room or the double-sided fireplace dining area - the staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The perfect spot to bring out-of-town guests as they have something for everyone! Highly recommended. ✅
