Bistro on Hudson

We went as a party of 12...3 hours later we left well fed, not rushed, and in great spirits!
Food was great, the atmosphere with live music was fantastic, and honestly it was just plain and simply put a great night with our frends and kids!!!
If you are not in a rush, and want a good time to relax and just slow down for a night which when you think about it, we all need now and then....I would suggest an evening at Bistro on the Hudson.
I will be back either for wings or with couples as we had a great experience.

We had a great experience at Bistro on Hudson! We came from out of town and went to Mohegan Sun during the day. Bistro on Hudson at first glance looks like a bar for locals, but the food was excellent. I had the blackened salmon, which came with two sides. I got the side salad and macaroni and cheese which were all really good. We also split the wings, which were excellent. My boyfriend got the prime rib, which he thoroughly enjoyed.

Bistro was able to take our larger group. The food was delicious and affordable. The staff was very patient and kind with accommodating us. I definitely would recommend this place.

I had the bang bang shrimp and I don’t even like shrimp. That food was so good I was texting people pics of it telling everyone to plan to come back to get more of this shrimp. The sauce was a perfect amount and shrimp was cooked to perfection

This has become my personal favorite bar/restaurant! The people are amazing the service is phenomenal, and the food is Devine! I have absolutely no complaints about the bartender Jessie and his capabilities. I would highly recommend giving it a try if you haven't already

Rick and Kim are amazing people!! Such a fantastic establishment!! Just like going to a friends house! Food is DELICIOUS!! Staff is super friendly! Make you feel like one of them! Prime rib is the BEST!!

UNBELIEVABLY GREAT BETTER THAN RED LOBSTER. CRAB CAKES 👍👍👍the overall food was great, thanks to JESSE our server we will be back. 5min from Mohegan Sun PA.

The scallops were amazing ....first class! Steamed clams and pretzel crab apps stupendous....along with fresh tap beer a delicious bloody Maria and the friendly staff this place has made a special mothers day tradition for us!(2 years in a row)

Nice relaxing and cozy atmosphere. Food was excellent. The three piece band enhanced the atmosphere. Prime rib was done to a turn and would melt in your mouth. All in all I had a Great Birthday.

Go to this restaurant and let them serve you. The food is delicious, beers are cold and service is amazing. Coming from Texas, most food in PA tastes underseasoned to me. The ribye was well seasoned and cooked to a perfect medium rare and the shrimp linguine with sun dried tomatoes was fantastic!

Great place to grab a bite to eat. Food was amazing best crab cake’s I have ever had!!!! I If I am ever near by again will sure stop by again.

Can't believe how amazing everything was in this hidden restaurant. The stuffed mushrooms were great, the wings were perfect and the ribeye steak was by far the best I ever had. The ribeye was the most tender, prime piece of steak I ever had. Along with the mac&cheese and mashed potatoes. This will be a regular dinner stop for me.

I took my mom Here for her birthday lunch.She had the Shrimp Bisque which she said was delicious and enjoyed the fish-and-chips very much. I was initially disappointed that they didn't have any vegetarian options, however the waitress offered to have the chef make me something.That turned out to be a fettuccine dish with fresh vegetables and Scampi sauce. Delicious! Also their fries are amazing. The waitress was super nice and it seems like a very laid-back friendly place

A family owned and ran business. Everyone was very friendly, and accommodating. I was not sure what to expect from a seafood restaurant in Wilkes Barre, but I was none the less pleasantly surprised. Crab cakes were not overly stuffed with bread and mostly crab, scallops were a little salty but seared and cooked perfectly, veggies were freshly prepared and cooked perfectly. Reasonably priced, especially for prices today. Make a reservation, or sit at the bar. I personally hate eating meals at the bar, but I would do it if it were the only way I was getting a seat here! A must try and a restaurant that I will be back to, hopefully more than once!

Great service. Great food. Just had the most amazing brunch. We will definitely be back next week. Elevated food done rite! Not your average corner bar.
