I went to this store under duress. My husband kept hearing the advertisement on the radio. When I got there i didnt plan on getting anything. I walked around and only a couple of bedroom sets caught my eye but they looked to be over 4,000 dollars which i didnt want to spend. Donna and Lynette gave me such a good deal on the entire marble bedroom set that i bought it all right then. On top of this, the delivery guys came today. Robert and Gary exceeded my expectations. They spent over an hr just bringing everything in and setting it up for us. They were curteous and even vacuumed the area after they were done. They were careful with every piece! Never expected such great service and value at this store. I highly recommend.

I came and was quickly greeted by a great guy! I feel guilty that I don't remember his name. He showed us a few mattresses and explained the differences between the ones my wife liked best. All the time being super friendly to my kids who were being kids. The mattress was delivered exactly when promised and people who delivered it were friendly and followed instructions. 100% will come back when we are ready for new furniture. The mattress is also super comfortable! Thank you!

I am proud to work for bill. A great man and by the way our prices beat everyone else. This is a true liquidation everything must go. Let’s let Bill retire! Sweet customer service in my book. I bought a sectional with out any pressure from anyone, yet sales people are there to help. Two weeks after waiting for my new sectional to come in form the factory, we decided it would be way to big. We went back in and Bill himself happen to be there. Fun man right there. He took care of us by feeding us lunch and trading straight across for a higher advertised priced couch and love-seat. One highly satisfied customer at a highly recommended furniture store. Stopped into bills a couple days ago looking for furniture for our new home. Told the sales person lauren that we weren’t purchasing today, she still was very helpful and I will definitely be going back to furnish our home. Other places we stopped in, once they found out we were not purchasing today, we’re no longer helpful. Excellent sales person at bills. -bs

My wife and I purchased a loveseat about a year ago. The motor started acting up in one of the recliners. We called in to see about getting it serviced. Bill the owner, called me personally and helped solve the issue. It Turns out my cat had torn the shroud underneath and it had got stuck in the gears. Over his years of experience he has had this happen before. It's nice to see an owner that takes pride in helping his customers. We will continue to get our products from Bills.

Everyone at Bill's Mattress was great to work with. Our Sales person, Adam, was helpful and gave us some good advice. Henry and Corey delivered our mattress and box springs. They were so careful and always respectful of me and my house. I would recommend Bill's to anyone! I will certainly be a return customer!

Adam was our sales guy. He showed us different bedroom sets and he was so patient with my 4 kids. He got them balloons and candy while I shopped around patiently! He made my experience less stressful and I felt I was being taken care of. I can’t wait to get my bedroom set delivered tomorrow! AMAZING prices!! Wish more people knew about this place ♥

A week ago I went in and shopped at Bill's Furniture mattress I overheard customer service speaking to a unhappy customer and noticed that the owner Bill stood up to address the phone call himself. From what I could understand the customer was not happy due to the fact they miss understood the contract and did not realize they would have to pay interest after the 90 days same as cash. Bill comforted the customer by letting them know he would personally pay out of his pocket and make sure they would not have to pay any extra money as long as they could pay him back. I continued to listen and it sounded like the customer was unhappy with that answer and Bill continued to offer a $300 same as cash in store credit to this customer. I am not sure what the customer chose as a resolution to their problem however I do know that Bill was a good enough man to extend such a gracious offer to an unhappy customer. I would definitely recommend buying your home furnishings from Bill's Furniture and Mattress.

It is a liquidation store, so it's not fancy, but it is clean and relatively organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. No high pressure sales tactics. My salesman worked with me to help me find what I wanted and gave me an excellent price. The purchase was painless and delivery will be quick. I may update after my delivery in two days. Great experience! I will return.

Bills was an excellent warehouse. It was the first place we went to buy a mattress. We were helped by Adam who was incredibly patient with us and very generous and knowledgeable about the subject. The prices really caught my eye! The entire store was full of very easy going people who made shopping less stressful. Mattress warehouse was just about the opposite.

Loved working with John! He was probably the nicest, most personable sales representative I’ve ever worked with. We never felt pushed to purchase. He got to know us and pointed us toward what would fit our needs.

A couple of months later a piece wasn’t working properly (seemed to be a manufacturing defect). We had someone out to fix it promptly and professionally. So glad we stumbled upon this company.

I have never bought a bed before, so I went bed hunting, I went into this store because I saw they were moving locations and were trying to get rid of all their inventory at a low price. I had great customer service, they were very patient with me as I laid in all the beds to see which one I liked best 😂 I ended up buying my king size mattress from bill and I love it! I looked up how much it would normally cost and I saved about 1500 by going to his store! I will always go here first when it comes to buying high quality furniture

I’ve bought a few pieces of furniture from here over the years and every time I have had a great experience! Lauren and Kyler always get me the best deals and Lauren is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet!! I’m so sad that they are really going out of business

I initially went to Bill's when it was located in Riverdale. I bought only an end table. I was so happy with the quality and service that I returned a month later and purchased three other pieces.

I have been really happy with everything. Bill is so helpful and he was willing to go out of his way to give me a good deal. Go in and check them out, you get better quality and prices than local competitors

This is the only place I will go to get my mattresses/furniture! The prices are excellent and not outrageous like other companies. The guy who helped me was very patient with all my thousands of questions, he let me try out each one and helped me pick out the perfect mattress for my son. I seriously recommend this place! I have been very happy with what I chose and so has my son!

I love Bill's furniture store, I have been welcomed with friendly faces and fabulous furniture everytime I go there.
