Stigliano Family Practice-UPMC

This is great office. I think people have a problem with the girls up front because they think they should be what it is all about. I have never had a bad attitude or bad remark from any of them. The doctors are absolutely great. My problem is, and always has been, the patient portal. I have never been able to get it to work consistently. I know, it is probably me but, I don't really have this problem with ANY other online accounts. I will put up with that for the service I get. Thanks girls.

I always get in and out of there very quick great people to work with and the doctor is fantastic.

Dr. Rick is top notch, always quick to get me in when needed and is very thorough in explaining my ailments and what needs done to alleviate/fix the diagnosis.

Wonderful doctors that are family physicians and drug addiction specialists treating patients at Clearview Treatment Center. They are awesome, treating patients with respect and dignity despite their shortcomings and struggles.

Great guy and Great doctor, hence why his business is so busy. The fact he is also a pharmacist makes him significantly more effective at being a doctor.

Been going to doctor Randy forever, he’s the man! But the ladies up front could be nicer. They always treat me like a stranger.

I love Dr. Richard, but his front office staff lacks customer service skills and they are always very rude.

I've been coming here since I was a child. Rick is a cool guy but I HATE this practice. Every single time I have come in, there is always at least one snippy staff member, egregiously long wait times, disorganized record keeping (always tell me they don't have my insurance or some other thing on file), I have rarely felt heard out by this doctor and while I could spend an hour and a half at this office for a single appointment, maybe only 7 of those minutes are spent with him in front of me during which he rants off what he thinks is wrong, what he's going to do and then leaves

I have been going to Dr Rick for years. I have always had issues with the front office staff but have dealt with it because I like Rick. Today was the last straw. I no longer am a patient there because of this. I see that other people have had the same issues. Wish he would get front office staff that he deserved.

Dr. Richard Stigliano used to be a top family physician but since has become subpar. He has missed many diagnosis which have become near fatal to family members as well as friends. Very sad when quantity and prescriptions overcome quality and the patients perception of how they feel. Also the attitude of most of the staff is deplorable except for the one Nurse who actually knows what she is doing and has therapeutic communication and medical skills.

Just waited all day for a woman to try to set up an appointment and then i called back because they close in 10 mins and they told me they aren't accepting new patients. They could have saved me a bunch of time and told me that earlier today, instead of wasting my time and waiting for an appointment that wasn't going to happen anyways.
