Such a great place for walking! Great views of Shelburne Bay and Juniper Island. Minutes away from the city! Plenty of parking but it does get busy. Open from sunrise to sunset. Bike rack to secure your bikes. Dog friendly. Definitely wear hiking boots, some few muddy and wet spots after a rain.

Beautiful and well kept .

Saw the eclipse here.
Wonderful place to have a little hike by the lake.

A short, 5 minute walk from our car to the beach, and we only had to share the beach with a few people on a beautiful, sunny memorial weekend! The water was a little chilly, but so refreshing! We had fun collecting and skipping rocks. The port-a-potties weren't ideal, but we were glad they were there.

Visited a day after a very, very windy and choppy day on Lake Champlain, leaving behind this beautiful ice sculpture along the Lake Trail. Really nice park for a great stretch of the legs.

Our favorite place to come for hiking or a walk along the beach. I grew up here as a child on Pavilion Avenue and this was my backyard. Lots of good memories coming back here. The trails are absolutely beautiful here. There are plenty of places to stop to overlook lake Champlain.

Visited from NY, this was a perfect little trail for our 13 year old dog. I would definitely come back again.

Red Rocks Park is a pretty short hiking area. It leads to a few nice overlooks of the lakes. There's moderate inclines for short periods of time. Overall very nice and some spots are near silent.

Nice trail, very icy but it's winter so that's expected. Saw a ton of people and their dogs, so is probably a busy spot during the warmer months.

Gorgeous park with well maintained, easy trails. I visited a few times during the week and it was not crowded. It’s very enjoyable with beautiful views. The bugs weren’t bad at all late morning to early afternoon even after it rained. Most people follow the rule that your dog must be leashed. There are signs all over about it. Leash your dog! Parking is easy and there’s plenty to do in the area after you’re done exploring the park.

Beautiful walk through the trees on a dirt path with gorgeous views of Lake Champlain at the end. We were there on a Friday afternoon in July and there weren't many people. We had most of the trail to ourselves.

Beautiful park, great place to spend time with your family or pets.

Love the trails and open access to the lake. Amazing views and nice place to enjoy autumn foliage;)

Parking space is limited tho. Up to 30 cars max, parking is usually packed.

Lack of garbage cans so make sure you bring some bags to wrap up your stuff.

Accessible, relaxing area to walk and be in nature. Wide trails and pretty views over Lake Champlain. Dog friendly and easy-going. There's a very funny sign posted by the city on the trail head, be sure to check it out (see picture).

Excellent park with many small trails. Good for dog walking or taking the kids. The trees are very tall so it stays cool all day. And the views from the shoreline are beautiful. Will return again for many more walks!

Redrocks is such an amazing place, we are so lucky to have this in our community. The area is beautiful as the trails wind through woods and beaches. There are bike racks to secure your bike to and restrooms, but understandably are closed for CV. Everyone on the trails that we passed was respectful by keeping a good distance and most people had masks. Thanks SB for offering such a great space.
