Roxborough Memorial Hospital | Philadelphia

I was feeling pretty bad and decided to use Urgent Care for the first time. I went to the Urgent Care facility in Andora Shopping Center, and was so very glad I did. The wait time was very prompt. They were very professional and the staff was friendly. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Kenneth Jacobson. He was very thorough and I felt that I was in good hands. They gave me scripts, and went home and within a short time I was feeling much better. I will definitely go back to this facility, and hope I get Dr. Jacobson again. He was the best doctor that I have had in a very long time.

This is the second time I have taken my wife to the urgent care at the Andorra shopping center. On both occasions the facility was very clean, the staff polite, friendly and efficient. Both physicians we saw were excellent. They took detailed histories, performed thorough physical examinations and were considered in their judgments. Both doctors consulted current medical literature and, on the first occasion, with her treating specialist, before recommending treatment. They took time to explain the medical issues. On top of that, they were caring. Kudos.

I always go to Roxborough hospital first because I know for sure that I will get the best care timely and efficiently. The entire staff is courteous and professional; I felt they truly cared about me. Yesterday & Today; look at the difference!!!!
What truly impressed me was when I got there, they how much distress I was in and immediately serviced me before asking payment, insurance cards. The security guard actuallly offered me a wheel chair instantly.
The atmosphere was warm. Relaxed, friendly and caring, which helps the healing process.

I went in for an ultra sound at Roxborough Memorial Hospital. Check in was seamless. The techs were excellent and everything was explained to me. The one tech was s student which i approve of…teaching, as I am a retired teacher. My privacy was honored. The results came back swiftly. i will continue to use them ax the need should arise.

Was seen quickly, and all the staff/nurses/doctors were super kind and helpful. I really appreciate how the doctor who saw me was very friendly and knowledgeable. Best bedside manner I've ever encountered! I was able to get diagnosed and treated quickly, and luckily my issue was minor enough that I didn't have to do additional imaging but was told that if I was really concerned about it they could. Would recommend!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone told me their name and what there purpose was. Reginia and the day Unit was first rate. The OR staff was great and explained everything and made me at ease. Dr Belkoff was as always great. Great clean hopital that couldn't do enough for you during my stay.

Everyone was so amazing! I felt like each member of the staff was so friendly and took the time to explain everything. I love people that I can joke with and it definitely put me at ease before my surgery. My care was just as wonderful after my surgery and I am just so grateful. I would recommend this hospital to everyone!!!

Almost 8 p.m. so I was expecting horrendous wait times. I was wrong! Instead, I was signed in, treated, and on my way home in little more than an hour.

The nursing staff was very good, and the doctor had a great bedside manner and sense of humor which helped put me at ease.

I've been going to roxborough radiology for a number of yrs now...the ladies are always very friendly and very patient with me..I appreciate there positivity..

I had a minor health issue and was not able to see my regular doctor so visited the Urgent Care in the Andorra Shopping Center yesterday. The wait was reasonable (about 10 minutes after I filled out a few forms), the receptionist and nurse were very kind and friendly, and I got the care I needed. The doctor was nice and gave me some good information about the problem for which I was seeking help and also some back pain, which wasn't my primary reason for going.

Everyone was very helpful. The doctor had a very good personal conversation with me so he could treat me the best way possible! The doctor was very encouraging. I appreciate the time that the doctor took on coming back into my room to give me updates as he found out more information about my diagnosis. The nurses we're very respectful to me and everyone did everything that they could do for me in my opinion.

This hospital has had a bad rap since i moved here (2005) and honestly ive had nothing but positive experiences. Their check in process was easy, there was a person who welcomed me at the front door. The nurses were nice and attentive, and they were very thorough on checking and rechecking in with me to make sure we were doing the correct procedure.

I was at Roxborough Hospital on November 6th 2023 my experience was extraordinary considering my condition. As I arrive the sense of urgency was met by Nurse Gail R. and the Doctor on call in the Emergency room approximately 7:30 a.m. I was treated quickly by Nurse Gail, the Doctor, and staff. Everyone was caring, patience ,and helpful. All the Test, x-rays , and MRI was coordinated in a organized fashion. I appreciate you Roxborough staff and Gail R . Thanks for everything.

I have to say that even though the pain I was in at the time, which brought me into the ER @ Roxborough Hospital was very excruciating. The immediate care that I received made things much better. It was my first time ever being there. The wait time was reasonable and not extensive. The staff from the front door was kind, caring & professional. The nurses & doctors were the best! They kept me abreast of all that was being done & spoke to me with clarity as well as making me feel like a patient and not a nuisance. I was very satisfied with the care I received and if ever I'm in need of their services again, would not hesitate to go there. Thank you for making my experience a pleasant one. No complaints, just praise.......

I was scheduled for both a Dexa Scan, (9:30AM) and a Mammagram, (11AM). Tamika was gracious and very helpful in reviewing my records and directing me to Radiology. Both Mike and Kelly were professional and very helpful. Due to an opening in their schedule, they worked together to offer both tests in less time. I was on my way earlier than I expected. Thank you!

This hospital is always, always awesome. It hard to find places with good or great service, etc.. head and shoulders above the rest. Staff is professional, friendly, caring, and accommodating to your needs. Roxborough has a new mammogram machine that is a lot less uncomfortable and irritating.

Could not be more pleased with the patient care I received for my colonoscopy. Dr. Borowsky and his team are true professionals. From the admissions, to post surgery, they scored A+ in every area.
Other than the bowel prep 😂, it was a seamless procedure and I would recommend their team to anyone. Kudos!

I always have a good experience at Roxborough Hospital. The receptionist and the door man are always friendly. The technicians are very caring whenever I have any test that needs to be done. I always have a good experience as an outpatient.

I searched YELP to find reviews of best Urgent Care near us…and this office in Andorra was highly rated! We went on a Sunday. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The nurse got us in quickly and was also great. I can’t say enough about Dr Dietrick…he was thorough and professional and compassionate. He treated my daughter as if he was her primary doctor and did the necessary tests and sent us off with follow up instructions. It was a great experience, and exceeded any previous urgent care visits we’ve ever had! I highly recommend!!!!
